Moto Japanese Restaurant Stone Drive

The food was awesome. Tasted wonderful and very large portions so u have some to take home for later. It tastes great reheated too. The service was fast and friendly. He brought everything we needed without having to ask. Price is reasonable especially for the amount of food u get. The restaurant is very clean and has a family friendly atmosphere. I can't wait to go back. Wonderful experience all the way around.

The food and the waitress were AMAZING! The young ladies behind the counter that couldn’t be bothered to get off their phones to get a simple bag when I was leaving and slammed the sauce I asked for onto my container without a word or even looking at me was ridiculous and unnecessary.

Normally the foods pretty good but tonight after waiting 45 mins for food. We got white rice and sticky clumps all in it. It’s horrible. I don’t believe I’ll be going back.

All in all the food is ok. If u can get it right. I do a lot of call in and pick up orders. Usually the young lady answering the phone won't give u time to speak and say what u want so a lot of the times the order isn't made correctly. So then u have to go back in get it fixed which they act like ur wrong for. Food is good when it's done correctly. So customer service isn't the greatest. So please quit asking what else for u on repeat and give people a chance to tell u what they actually want. Interrupting while someone is ordering is rude for one and for two it wld save u on incorrect orders.

Love the food and the service is always good...but just curious (to go order only), do you all know that when someone orders mushrooms on the side, it always leaks all over everything? Don't know if anyone has ever told you...but this location and the colonial heights location are the same...mushroom juice everywhere everytime.
