Every time we order here multiple times a week they always always mess up our orders.. And when we call it in they never ever let u talk to complete what ur saying about the order. We have to get our to go order n take it outside n take it all out of the bag n check it and then have to take it back inside to have it fixed.
It was so good and big portions had enough to have food later.
I love the food they are quick and always great. But the Blonde lady up front needs to learn how to treat the public. I ask for her to replace the carrots that come with my dinner for one of them little salads that they give you with your dinner. She rudely comment I WILL this time but not again. then try to justify her rude attitude with, THE salad cost more than the carrots....ALL YOU HAD TO DO IS SAY IT'S A UP CHARGER FOR THE SALAD. I would have paid it with happiness. Talk about ruining your dinner plans. Don't believe I will go back to the Kingsport store again

Absolutely delicious. There is a reason this place is so busy because it’s so good. Try the sirloin with mushrooms and onion! Yummmy!
Phenomenal in every way imaginable
I really love finding these small, well done strip mall restaurants. They seem to be falling down into the abyss faster and faster these days, so finding one is just that much more special when you do.
The food was great and the service was quick, efficient, and non intrusive.
