If you want to get pizza, don't get food delivered from Eastman Rd. They send your delivery through door dash and when they say it's delivered and it's not, the manager wants to send it back out through door dash. And when you say you'll just pick it up, the manager won't take the delivery fee or tip off and then they will tell you you cant have the pizza because they are going to void it! So either you pay a delivery fee and tip to pick it up yourself...read full review
I ordered 2 medium pizzas at 6:10. I picked them up 30 minutes later and got home to realize thry weren't done on the bottom. I called for replacements and they said it'd be 45 minutes. I went back 50 minutes later to find out that my remake order wasn't even made. No one even remembered talking to me on the phone. I asked for a manager and had talked to a man. I even confirmed the number I called was their store. They then told me 30 more minutes or bring back my not done pizza...read full review
Cheese sticks looked like someone stuck their entire hand in it. Absolutely disgusting. When I asked for a manager he refused to address it and sent another employee whom said they would replace order for free. The replacement order was done and handed to me with raw pizza dough on bottom of box. When I asked the manager that handed me replacement order for a clean pizza box with ink pen in one hand clipboard in another he DUMPS my food into another box as if he was dumping dog/cat...read full review
