Ordered a pizza and I was given the wrong one. I called to store and they took my number and said we will give you a free one. Sooo today I decided to order one and first of all, couldn't understand a single word the person that answered the phone said. I told her I needed to talk to a manager, she put me on hold, and I was on hold for over 15 minutes until I finally hung up never getting to speak with anyone. Pizza Hut has sure gone downhill. No wonder stores are closing left and right. Update: I sent a message to the email they asked me to and it has gone nowhere. Not a call, not a response, nada. So basically all they did was brush it aside never intending to do anything about it but to try and make their reviews look like they are "trying" and hoping it would just fade away as a disgruntled customer.

LOVED the Veteran Table!Let's get real a 1 topping pizza portal pizza is $8 now I think.. I got 2Lrg, specialty or 5 topping for $20.. TUESDAY DEAL. LOOK at all these toppings holy cow. The Gentleman behind the counter was aces!! Fresh and Hot fogged up the truck windows. Got the Hawaiian & BBQ..Salad Bar was clean & stocked as well. Walk In order 15min.. NOT BAD

I have tried your mobile app. I have tried calling the store on Stewball Circle. The employees hung up 5 different times !!!!!!! What a horrible experience and what horrible management!! Hope to see a Closed Sign on the Door soon !!

I'm never impressed with this place but today was especially awful. It was Super Bowl Sunday, so I tried to extend a lot of grace and patience.... but after waiting in the lobby (with 23 other patrons), with no word on WHEN my pizza would be ready, I asked for a refund and left empty-handed after waiting an hour.
4:58 pm Place order for one pizza, breadsticks, and cinnamon sticks using the Pizza Hut App. I'm given a pick-up time of 15 minutes.
5:20 PM I arrive at restaurant, pay, and am told it'll be 10 minutes. Not a problem, I take a seat in the lobby.
5:40 PM I inquire as to the estimated time left on my pizza. Girl at the counter informs me it's "on the prep table" and hasn't even been made yet. She jots down my ticket number on a piece of paper with a 7-8 other ticket numbers.
5:55 PM I receive a notification that my pizza is ready for pickup.
6:10 I ask a 2nd time about the whereabouts of my pizza and no one can tell me. At this time, there are 23 other people in the lobby - many are door dash drivers and I warn them it'll be more than an hour wait based on my experience. They claim they aren't worried - it shouldn't take that long because door dash orders are given priority.
6:30 PM. I guve up. after placing the order 90 minutes ago, and waiting for an hour in the lobby, I request a refund. The girl at the register says "ok. It'll be done tonight since you paid with your card." I request a receipt showing the money will be refunded and she leaves to get a manager. She returns shortly and says "my manager won't come out here but your money will be refunded. She has a lot of refunds to do." I refuse to leave without something in writing, proving I never picked up the food and desire a refund. Finally, another employee initials my receipt, writes down my name and ticker number and says "here."
I left with empty hands and an empty belly. This fiasco could have been avoided had the app set a realistic pick up time frame. The disorganization of the restaurant is also to blame. No one knew where completed orders were, some people showed up with receipts to claim food and their order couldn't be found, and the mob in the lobby didn't know who was next or where to stand to wait.
Two families came to dine in and an employee literally screamed at them "you're going to have to wait for over an hour!" Before she stormed back into the kitchen. In the future, will order from Dominoes, Pizza Plus, ANYWHERE but here!

I had really wanted a couple of personal pan pizzas but I didn’t see the deal online so I decided to call the store. I called the wrong number and they told me they were transferring me To the correct location and they transferred me to the wrong store. When I finally got the store on Stewball I asked about the deal and they hung up on me. They heard me, because they started telling me about the deals but when I asked if they could accommodate a style of pizza they hung up. All in all I spent almost 30 minutes trying to get an order. I figured I’d be better just getting something from Domino’s and Instead of Personal Pans, I ended up getting two Medium pans from there for the same price. And as a bonus they gave me a Free large emergency pizza. Mmmmmm yum. It was so good!

Ordered ahead so it could be picked up after work- 645 turned in to after 7 then for some reason something was left off. Had to go back in reorder and wait even longer. I normally don’t have a problem with this store- but this time timing was way off and then having to wait even longer was tough after working 12 hr shift.

Order said it was delivered at 3:09 didn’t end up showing up until 3:30 called the store to see where it was and the guy who answered said he just left it should be there soon. Not very friendly or helpful. I usually don’t have a problem with this store but this time was unacceptable. The food was cold and disgusting and the pizza was sliding all over the box. Not worth 29.00 in my opinion.
