Once upon a time, Pizza Hut used to be the place to go for dinner with your family. Not anymore. Now if you call to order you get routed to a call center in India somewhere, can’t talk to anyone at the store. I ordered a baked chicken alfredo with breadsticks today via Doordash and the pasta was pathetic…bland, cold, hardly any sauce on the noodles and barely any cheese at all on top.This was hardly worth the $37 I paid for the food and to have it delivered. I will be skipping Pizza Hut from now on, it’s gone downhill so bad.

Our last few orders have been burned and the order from today was burned and we couldn't even eat it! The chicken was very rubbery. I called the store but you always get someone who isn't even in the store!! Well Pizza Hut, you have successfully ran me off.

I had some pizzas delivered from here and they were a sloppy mess. Almost no cheese. I called and was super friendly and even said I’d come to the store so no one had to deliver again. I got to the store and they were very unamused and cold and had no apologies to offer. For my waste of time and wasted delivery fee all I got was a comment about how the sauce makes the cheese move around and that I should drive careful on the way home so that I guess the cheese didn’t vanish in to thin air. I am not a rude person so I just walked out and took the hit but it was the last money we will ever spend with Pizza Hut if the pizzas I got were what they consider good pizza.

Service was spot on, food was a bit off. The bread sticks tasted stale and the salad bar was lacking.
Decent food, fairly quick pickup times for take out. They also have a salad bar which is much better than the pre-made salads from other places.

Hard to believe that Pizza Hut went from the place to go when you wanted pizza with the family to what it offers to customers now. Staffing is hard to find I get it, but the ones blessed with a job there should take it little more serious and actually make it a pleasurable experience for the customers. Instead its as tho they are doing someone a favor to refill a drink. Salad bar is literally like 5 items.....and that's terrible! Should be called lettuce and greens bar.
Pizza Hut....PLEASE return to what you could be again with a little effort and eagerness to be top dog again!

I can't speak to the pizza yet, because I'm still sitting in line. I think it's lousy that the dining room is shut down and now everybody has to wait in line around the building to pick up their pizza. It will be the last time I use this particular Pizza Hut.Update, I am not sending my information in. You can get the location info from my review. I want nothing for free from this. Ironically, the reply asking for the location when I reviewed the actual location and then asking me to do more work..... Pretty much sums up my review of that location. How very meta ....P.S. The pizza, when I finally got it back to work, seemed lighter on toppings than my regular Pizza Hut and was obviously not very hot. This is why I changed the sub rating of the food from 5 stars to 3 stars. Thanks for reminding me to update that.
