I order online thru door dash, somehow the individual who pack my food claim she added all my items. I had one missing item from my order, the manager was rude and kept telling me to come to the store and pick up the missing item. They also keep lying and saying all items were in bag. I don’t have transportation that’s why I use door dash. They had me on the phone for a long period only to not resolve my issue.
When oil is changed, it's tge best chicken around.

We walked in , had 3 people tell us they would be right with us but nobody willing to actualy help us and take our order cause we walked in and did not use the drive through. Then could here them loudly exclaim they just left as we walked out the door.

The manager melissa was professional when i briefly chatted! Excellent service! She was super proud of her employees!
Kaylee and aliegha and Amanda, melissa, jordan, mimi give the best service! I have been to popeyes in many states all over usa! This is the cleanest and friendliest popeyes!
