The service was great. The waitress was super nice and timely. Our food was good it wasn't great but it was good. The beef brisket was spot on delicious! I'm not a huge fan of pork, so the pork wasn't my favorite, but that's personal preference. I also got the smoked turkey it was super dry it needed a lot of sauce for sure. The staff is friendly and polite. Boneless 4lb ham was delicious!!!Definitely recommend for any holiday or family gathering.

Food, service, and general atmosphere was excellent as always. I moved away from TN for almost 2 years and ever since I've been back ive been dying for pratts bbq and pals cheddar rounds. I was able to get one thing checked off the list and it was just as delicious as I remembered. I forgot our servers name but she was absolutely amazing! Fast and friendly a fantastic personality and went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. I can't wait to go back!
