“This is probably one of the best Subways in the Kingsport area. They always have fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, etc and the WORKER, yes 1 worker running walk ins, and the drive-thru is very nice and always makes your sub almost perfect. She has had 10 people in the lobby and people in the drive thru and remains so calm and professional. Most people would be freaking out in that type of situation, but she keeps her cool and I promise makes the best Subs. If the people who own this store ever read this review or corporate ever reads this review, then you guys seriously need to get her some help and she would properly be able to do even better for the customers. She has dark hair is all I can say without giving out to much info on her. I believe she works nights because she is always there when I go around 7 or 8 when I get off work. You guys should really give her a bonus or something because she honestly keeps her cool and represents your company so well under so much stress.“
“I haven't been to this location but been to the Walmart Subway on West Stone drive. The Gibson Mill Subway which is near the hospital and the urgent care and the North roan Street location which is where T-Mobile and Easy money is and the fort Henry Walmart Subway location that used to be there but now is permanently closed I'm been to the one on north eastman Rd which is where the food City is on 1205 North Eastman road My aunt has been to the North Charles location. The South northshore drive location“
“Clayton and Tiffany were a light when it was needed! After a rough week of storms, they seemed happy and delighted to serve a hungry customer. Clayton especially is a sandwich artist. I wish I’d taken a picture but it was too good and I finished too fast! The one knock if I had to be picky was the lettuce was pretty brown, but shoot, everyone had power outages and such, so I’m just thankful they were open when I needed it.
Thankful they battled through road closures to get to work, that’s commitment!“
“The staff was amazingly friendly the young man and woman working today did a phenomenal jobvery respectful just wonderful conversation and awesome customer service they made you feel like they were happy to see you and it made me so happy to see them.I picked my sandwich and just let the young lady make it however she felt was good let her pick out the bread and everything and let me tell you it was so good and y'all that Carmel apple cookie ,holy cow was so good . The wonderful young man that finished up my order even thanked me for what I do. He was precious thank you all for your wonderful service . You made my day .“
“NORMALLY, this is a good place to eat. I placed my order online while shopping at Walmart. About 20-25 minutes after placing it, I went to pick it up. There was 2 people eating and 1 in line. I went to the stand where you pickup to-go orders, and there was nothing there. I noticed there was 3 sandwiches lined up (and I ordered 3) so I decided to sit and wait instead of asking if my food was ready. This is where it goes DOWNHILL. I noticed after the customer left, the person making sandwich’s went to her cell phone and was texting away. I didn’t think anything of it because there could have been an emergency. She stands there and must have been typing out a book, then goes to start making our sandwich’s. She no more than cut the bread, and she’s back to typing away on her phone. I went and asked (because she is typing WITH her gloves on) if my sandwiches are ready - please keep in mind this is now about 35-40 minutes after I placed my order online. She gives me some crap excuse and then (thankfully) puts new gloves on. Moral of the story- if you order, you better WATCH then because I can guarantee you that she would have done our sandwiches with her gloves that she had been touching her phone with had I not been standing there.“
“I am in this subway almost 7 days a weeks and everyone here is amazing! They are all very welcoming and very respectful! The food is amazing and everyone’s work ethos is amazing no one slacks off they constantly are working and providing their customers with the best possible service they can provide, even while dealing with agile and aggressive customers. They don’t have many staff but they have the best staff they can provide!“
