“We were very satisfied with our experience at this subway yesterday afternoon, not only did the employee place our sandwiches each in a separate basket so that we would know which one is which but everything was fresh including our bread and this was the cleanest subway I've ever been to in tri cities.“
“The New gentleman that works there (I got my subs Thursday @5pm/not sure if his name) always makes my subs exactly how I specify on their app. The sandwiches are tight but full. I'm so glad he works there and I'm so glad I work across the parking lot. “Busy 75% of time I visit. Prices have gone WAY up, look for coupons! Guilt free, fresh & healthy alternative to most other chains (tastes better as far as healthy choices). Regular thing No herb & cheese bread here. Other half ordered here a week ago & got a sandwich not a sub. Very stingy on vegetables! Seriously of all things vegetables has to be worst thing a Sub shop can be stingy with! (part of being healthy?)

“I live in Erwin TN - and went there at lunch time and they were completely out of bread. So I drove to the Johnson City location on S Roan St. Let me say Brianna couldn't have been sweeter- yes, they had bread and she was running the entire show. And my food was great! Thank you Brianna!“
“Every time we go to the one on Bristol Hwy and Jeanine is working it’s a great experience she is the best at what she does we usually have a problem with some of the others not wanting to make our sandwich the way we like ( nothing ever over the top) and her personality is so cheerful and welcoming and the place is always clean! We always go back at least once a week and if she isn’t working we go to a whole different restaurant!“
