The manage of this store is amazing and went above and beyond for our large orders with ETSU Health. I hightly recommend this store.
Came in there late tonight and haven’t been in well over 4 years, so I had no idea what I wanted. Aliyah took and made my order she is so nice and friendly and was very patient with me!! I’ll definitely be back!
I went to the restroom there today and my oh my was it nice I blew it up 10 out of 10 would do it again

Subway is a restaurant that has faced some issues with their service and inventory. On multiple occasions, customers have experienced long wait times, including 10-15 minutes at the drive-through, and have been met with unprofessional behavior from staff, such as complaining and whining. The restaurant has also run out of essential items, including bread and small pizza crusts, and has struggled with providing correct change. However, the food has been described as decent. Despite these issues, some staff members have been kind and professional. Management may need to improve their training and oversight to address these problems.
