Amazing experience placing several large orders for ETSU Health. The manager, Erin went above and beyond. I highly recommend this Subway . Excellent.

Subway is a restaurant that has faced some issues with their service and inventory. On multiple occasions, customers have experienced long wait times, including 10-15 minutes at the drive-through, and have been met with unprofessional behavior from staff, such as complaining and whining. The restaurant has also run out of essential items, including bread and small pizza crusts, and has struggled with providing correct change. However, the food has been described as decent. Despite these issues, some staff members have been kind and professional. Management may need to improve their training and oversight to address these problems.
