Charging people significantly more per item at the hospital is just predatory. On top of this, the owner has been having a little hissy fit because employees sit in the dining area to eat their lunches. Subway is never busy enough that subway customers will fill all the seats. The staff is fantastic but the owner is doing the most just to simultaneously do nothing at all. I feel like a change of management would be the cure all to any of the issues listed in these reviews. Would love to see something else get put in the location to be completely honest

Ordered on app saying be ready at 10:50pm. Left the ER to get order and guess what the lady said it was closed. It was already showing pending from my bank account. The lady there said she was from another store and came to close because employee left. So they are not open until 1. Sounds like they need better management-Stacie.

I would really like to know how to get a hold of the Manager. I went in to pick up a DoorDash and apparently the whole crew has walked out. I had unassigned from the order after about 10 minutes because I could not find any people I called the phone. I rang the bell on the counter everything. Big waste of my time

Really bad experience. Customer service was very lacking. The rudest subway I’ve ever been too. Highly recommend reviewing the tapes and listening to how she talked to us and an older lady.

Food was okay. Had a longer than usual wait time, approximately 20mins. Just for walking takeouy. Cashier was incorrect when returning change. Not my best experience here. Definitely not worth the cost and time it took to prepare two subs and checkout. Somewhat disappointed on this visit. Previous visits were definitely better.
