This was one of the worst sandwiches I’ve ever received from any subway. For starters, the woman cut it so halfassed and then you can see how thin she cut it so it can’t hardly even hold any of the ingredients in it. I had reminded her twice that it was tuna, provolone, and toasted, then she still forgot to toast it so I again had to tell her. Then she only toasted it for FIVE seconds. After that she asks me what I want on it, I said cucumbers and she grabbed green peppers and put it on there and I had to tell her twice that I wanted cucumber and she had to take off the green peppers, then I asked for jalapeños and she proceeded to grab banana peppers and started putting those on there and I had to say “no, not those, jalapeños.” Once we were done with the ingredients, she could hardly close it and everything smushed out because she cut the top too thin and she proceed to jumble it all back in there and almost everything was a mess forced into the middle of the sandwich. I also want to add that while she was making my sandwich she decided to look over to other people and just watch them and quit making my sandwich. Lastly, she didn’t put it in a bag so I had to ask for one, then proceeded to say she had no bags and that she only had big bags. She should’ve put it in a bag regardless. I don’t know if she’s on downers or has health issues, but none of this was okay. I’m very easy going when it comes to ordering food and yet this was still so highly unacceptable. It’s seemed like she either didn’t know what cucumbers and jalapenos were or is on something.

I normally get a sub with pepperoni. Today, I decided to try the new Turkey Delight. It was actually very good! Aurora put just the right amount of everything on my sub. I actually called the establishment to thank her. It was great!

Came to get sub for lunch Jessica was very rude.acted like the condiments were coming out of her own refrigerator sandwich very sloppy made then said they were out of mayo this subway needs to retain better employees very sad

Horrible. Placed an order at 11:07 , it was marked ready at 11:23 and we watches 5 families walk in and have thier order made in line. When we finally asked where our order was they said they haven't started it yet. It is now 12 noon and they still have not made 1 sub!

Placed my order today around 4:50. I'm still sitting in there lobby at 6:15 of writing this. I've never had to wait so long before in my life. Whenever I originally walked into the store and told the employees I was there for my mobile order, they just said" I'm making it right now I'll bring it out to you just sit down at the table" they didn't even check the name after making it they bring it out to me. (this is around 5:30 pm.)After waiting for an additional 20 minutes they bring me someone else's whole order. After I already handled the food they didn't remake that person's food, but instead gave the food out, that's been handled by someone random, After they realized they didn't have my order ready or anywhere in the store, they realized there was no receipt for my order because they gave the wrong order to another person. After having to sit down to handwrite out my entire order for two sandwiches and then I waited another additional 10 minutes for them to remake the order. I wasn't offered anything, but a cup without a lid. The female kept repeating "I know I know I'm sorry." Not to mention that I literally walked 34 minutes in 40° weather, I don't own pants The only thing I have is shorts and shoes that have holes throughout without socks. By the time I was able to start walking home it had already dropped to 34 degrees thanks subway .. and that's not even the end of it. After I get home I realized the sandwiches are WRONG AGAIN ... After they didn't even put chicken on the chicken sandwich I instantly called the location to let them know my order was still incorrect after it was messed up 3 times at this point, just to have the women on the phone tell me "well if you come back tomorrow, we can remake it and you don't have to pay for it" I responded that "I needed the food tonight that tomorrow wouldn't work because this is the first chance I've even had to eat since yesterday, and I want them just made right. After paying an additional $1.80 per sandwich for a sliced avocado which wasn't on either sandwich, and missing the main proteins I say that I have an issue with it and I have to get it made right". The female worker just responded " oh well my issue is that you didn't write it down right" that she" made it right " and it wasn't her fault. Which then she replied" that she had an issue that.. " which at that point I say " oh you have the issue" and the call got ended, I tried to recall the location for them to fix the problem and would not answer any calls anymore tried from two different numbers. It's been an hour and a half and I still can't get them to pick up the phone to start making it right before I have to walk another hour..... Like I paid 27$, still don't have the right food, and now they won't even answer.. how is this acceptable anywhere.

NORMALLY, this is a good place to eat. I placed my order online while shopping at Walmart. About 20-25 minutes after placing it, I went to pick it up. There was 2 people eating and 1 in line. I went to the stand where you pickup to-go orders, and there was nothing there. I noticed there was 3 sandwiches lined up (and I ordered 3) so I decided to sit and wait instead of asking if my food was ready. This is where it goes DOWNHILL. I noticed after the customer left, the person making sandwich’s went to her cell phone and was texting away. I didn’t think anything of it because there could have been an emergency. She stands there and must have been typing out a book, then goes to start making our sandwich’s. She no more than cut the bread, and she’s back to typing away on her phone. I went and asked (because she is typing WITH her gloves on) if my sandwiches are ready - please keep in mind this is now about 35-40 minutes after I placed my order online. She gives me some crap excuse and then (thankfully) puts new gloves on. Moral of the story- if you order, you better WATCH then because I can guarantee you that she would have done our sandwiches with her gloves that she had been touching her phone with had I not been standing there.
