Just picked up an online order, 9/12/23, at 2:15 pm. The girl who gave us our order (youngish, dark hair in a pony tail, heavy makeup) thrust our bag out the window and closed the window. We thought that maybe we were still waiting for the rest of our order so we sat for a moment. Finally my husband waved his arm around enough to get her attention. While getting in and out of the location may be tricky due to the steep access road and proximity to a busy highway, the staff's excellent service and attention to detail make up for any difficulties. The manager’s personal touch, including a note and contact information, adds a welcoming gesture. However, food preparation can sometimes be inconsistent, as noted by a customer who experienced issues with their chicken quesadilla. Despite this, most orders are usually ready on time, and the employees maintain a helpful attitude, making Taco Bell a place many look forward to visiting after a long day.
