It's sad you go in to eat an have to order from a kiosk. But when you sitting at your table an can see in the kitchen an watch an employee wearing gloves drop food on the floor and pick it up an never changed her gloves after touching food on the floor and just laughed about it

Placed an online order that I had someone pick up. Many items were missing. Most burritos and tacos were much smaller portions than they should have been. There was lettuce in everything even the items that weren’t supposed to have it. All the drinks were nothing but carbonated water. We called asking if someone could give us a refund for what we didn’t get. They refused and said WE could come back to get the missing item, even after we explained we are 30 minutes away. It’s funny how they got all the money, but we didn’t get all the food or the service deserved. I won’t be returning to this location as it is a sad disgrace to the franchise.

I like to stop in and eat after I get off work 11pm the w.stone drive Kingsport store is always great food and super clean nice helpful staff!!! In Kingsport TN this is the best Taco Bell !!

These kids don’t care about customer experience and it shows. 5 cars in the drive thru shouldn’t take 15-20 minutes every day. Spend a little less time socializing and actually try and be a functioning member of society.

Ive been to this particular Taco Bell several times, the food is disgusting, looks nothing like the menu. Tonight, my hubby and i decided to give them one more chance, only to be completely disappointed yet again. I cant even begin to tell you just how nasty the food was. Neither of us finished eating, got disgusted and threw it Away. It wasn't fit for human consumption.
