Tonight I placed a mobile order and had a positive experience. I’m not sure if the ladies name that worked the drive thru between 4:35-5:00 but she was extremely friendly. She also put my large order in a large plastic bag without me asking and it made it a lot easier to carry inside and it didn’t fall out all over the car. During the holiday season a lot of people aren’t super friendly but she was great. Please acknowledge her and the rest of the staff. Also order was correct and delicious.

Ordered the comeback chill cheese burrito and what a disappointment hardly had any chili..also got Supreme soft tacos,hardly small pieces of tomatoes lettuce sparceasked for milld sauce..got hot sauce instead. For the total $$..> not getting enough food for the cost.nnot sure I will be there again.

The people are okay that work there. But they talk to each other they don't go out their way to talk to their customers. Then they don't ever offer you any hot sauce or anything like that you have to tell me they will not give you anything unless you tell them and I don't think that's right you should get on back there ever talk of each other instead of having to ask for it because I've got like 10 tacos no one to 12 but 12 tacos and not one sauce in there and we had already left I mean it's the only common courtesy but 10 packs of I would go with the mild but that's what happened to us they were joking around playing with each other and just shoving it up when there was fast as they could I guess so they can go back playing

It's sad you go in to eat an have to order from a kiosk. But when you sitting at your table an can see in the kitchen an watch an employee wearing gloves drop food on the floor and pick it up an never changed her gloves after touching food on the floor and just laughed about it

Placed an online order that I had someone pick up. Many items were missing. Most burritos and tacos were much smaller portions than they should have been. There was lettuce in everything even the items that weren’t supposed to have it. All the drinks were nothing but carbonated water. We called asking if someone could give us a refund for what we didn’t get. They refused and said WE could come back to get the missing item, even after we explained we are 30 minutes away. It’s funny how they got all the money, but we didn’t get all the food or the service deserved. I won’t be returning to this location as it is a sad disgrace to the franchise.
