I grew up in wafflehouse it was my first job when I turned 16 I recently moved here and I've been to this location about 3 times now and I will sadly not ever be back. The cooks have been fine but the problem I have is the wait staff.... first time i went the lady didnt know if they had mushrooms or not when all she had to do was turn around and look and then i asked for a mayo packet and her brain about melted and she had to ask the other waitress what it was.....and tonight it was the chili..... if you are out of something just effing say it but instead you let me order it conveniently ran out or forgot it and still charged me for it. It's not that hard to have common decency. ?
First off.... The food was great. That dude was fast and the food was well plated. Everything was prepared just as the server converted the order to him. But..... After having to explain my fairly UNCOMPLICATED order essentially 2 and half times, it still shows up wrong. If I am honest, I believe the communication breakdown was a result of the server being preoccupied by COMPLAINING ABOUT EVERY LITTLE THING SHE COULD. From the placement of items, the fact I tried to set the menus in what looked to the rest of the world a menu holder, to pricing gaps in the menu. BTW.... I've been to more waffle houses than she has... That's where they keep the menus. I sincerely hope the young lady was only having a rough evening.

The night we went they were busy but seats were available. They had three maybe more working. One guy and a couple of women. One girl was slow on everything and she seemed new. She put them behind. It took us 15 minutes to get a menu and it took way longer to get service about an hour and 30-45 minutes. They were slow and not on top of things. Very disorganized and may have needed more staff there. This was on Christmas Eve.Kid-friendliness: Good for families with kids or babies.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible in and out and in parking lot.

Unorganized, slow, and cold food.Came in, and three people were in store when we got there. A few mins after we got there 3 more pepper came in, and got their drinks well before we did, and like ten mins later they had ordered, and received their food before we even got to place our order.When we finally started getting our food, it came out cold, and the butter on the toast would not even melt.Horrible way to end the night.Waffle House has gone way downhill, but their prices have risen substantially. Kindly like Bidenomics.Should have just gone to Cookout instead!
