we went two days in a row for pork rinds. shelves where empty we picked a few items and while my husband checked out I went to restroom. Nasty Nast nasty.

I was in the jewelry department to pick up a ring I bought and had sized, I used the keypad to ask for help not once but twice, no one came so I did my other shopping and came back to jewelry..... used the keypad three times. I gave up on the keypad and called the store from inside the store. After about 10 minutes a store manager came over. He asked what I wanted and I told him, he had to call another person to come help look for my ring. Then has to call a employee to ask her where to look. This took 45 minuets before they found it. I haven't had any other issues but this was a desisted

I was SO impressed with my wedding cake. My guests seriously thought it was some gourmet bakery. 3 days later and we just wish we had more!!

I went to exchange something and their was one girl working. I manager walks up and I ask can she get some help. " I don't have anybody to help her" I said Are not a manager she said yes. Then why can't you help. I don't know how to do it. Excuse me. You are a manager and you should know how. That is a problem. She is the one in the picture just posted with long blonde hair. If you are a manager you should know how!!! The girl was going as fast as she could. And the line was very long. I told her I wasn't claiming on her. " she states they do it all the time" She said that just walk around and give us no help. Well when you have 5 people quit in one week I guess not!!! That store on stone dr needs help and management needs to get it together. So I guess you all need to do something. Bad customer service by management.
