The woman working nites and early morning at 4401 West stone drive in kingsport (including now at 3AM Wed 5/28/25) is an exceptional employee. She remembers every customer, knows what you want before you even ask. I work Nights and this store is my last stop every night. I can say In all truth that I have never once walked in that store, no matter the time, and saw her taking it easy. She is a great multi-tasker and fully deserves ever dollar you give her. I've always been taught you take care of your employees because good ones can be hard to find. I hope you take the time to read this,find out who the worker is, and pay or promote her however you can to making sure she stays with Weigels. I know that it would only make the value of your company more by doing so. I've been to many different weigels and never saw one other individual with the work ethic this employee has. Thanks for your time and anyone in Kingsport that wants great service between midnight and 6 AM this location is it!

Dont get ur gas here ive had problems twice the 1st time we was able to use another pump.but the 2nd time we went back few months later they said we already got gas but it musta been a prepay cause i tried to get gas 1st....

Love the breakfast ! Only problem i have is they will have 1 person on the register and 4 sitting behind counter ! There's a long line in the morning!!!!

Was in this location tonight about 6:30 pm. I feel so bad for the young lady and man working. Only one cashier helping customers he was lined up to the side doors. The lady was I’m assuming putting merchandise on the shelves out of totes. I come in here every day after work and they’re always lined up bad. Do you all not have anymore help? What’s going on here?? I work in Knoxville , live in Kingsport and I always go to Weigel’s. None of the other stores seem to have this issue they have 3+ people working so my question is why does this store in Kingsport only have one cashier?? I know it’s hard to find help now days but what are you going to do when the ones you do have start leaving due to being understaffed? They looked absolutely defeated I felt so bad for them!!! Get these employees some help in there!!!

I have the have the app and the other day I redeemed two things but couldnt get them and the store manager doesnt even know which item of this one I redeemed is and the other one I normally get free after spending points wouldbt ring up free. This store has a problem with false advertisment. A couple weeks in a row they had things ypu could redeem in the app that wasnt even in the store. If you dont have it or know what you are giving away with the points then it shouldnt be on the app. I've spent over 1,000 points and redeemed two things but couldnt even get them. That's not right.

They never have any hot food actually prepped and if it is, it’s somehow cold even sitting on their warming racks. Don’t offer fresh and hot food if it’s never going to be available to the customer without a 30 minute wait

The kitchen staff is horrible. Bad attitudes for no reason, just because I wanted to place an order. Didn’t even have time to view the menu before the kitchen employee yells behind 2 counters “what do you want sir” and then was throwing pizza boxes in the floor, sighing, and completely disrespectful. Cashiers were average, only one in position while 2 other staff was stocking shelves, all in all the kitchen employee was horrible and had no customer service at all.
Doors were locked. Liked the irony in the locked doors with open 24 hours signs.
