Have tried this Wendy's several times and it's always bad. Cold food, old food heated up, and bad customer service. I've had half cooked chicken, the order wrong, and always have to wait!

when i arrived i. the drive thru there were NO lights on in the parking lot. I placed my order i ordered a single with NO tomato due to allergies and my fries well done. when i drove to the window the employee was to busy talking to another employee instead of the customer. I told them the lights were off and proceeded to check my food which the burger had tomato and my fries were soggy. I have worked fast food and aren’t you supposed to listen to your customers and provide correct orders? I was very disappointed and I frequent Wendy’s a lot but now i’m not to sure.

Awesome fresh Chili and baked potatoes. The vanilla & chocolate frosty were delicious too. Just FYI: 2 large chilies and two plain baked potatoes with a small vanilla and small chocolate Frosty took the entirety of a $20 bill lol.
Cheeseburger deluxe did not have lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise on them, late lunch today. Plus the meat and bread was old. We had to trash after tasting! The manager did offer to replace per my call, knowing they were made wrong. They were not busy and I was the only one in the Drive-Thru. I realize you can make a mistake but please do not serve old, dried up food. They use to be made fresh, guess I need to ask for this or fix my own at home. A plus, drive-thru lady was very sweet.

I would normally rate the food strictly on taste. But I did NOT get what I ordered. I specifically ordered a #6 --spicy chicken sandwich meal--. I asked to add cheese & add everything but no tomato or onion with a sweet tea to drink. I got a single burger. And the sweet tea was undrinkable because it tasted if it barely had any sugar in it at all. I seldom go to wendy's because you literally never know if you will get what you ordered or if it will be made correctly.

Went in tonight with husband and grandaughter. Haven't been in a while. Just moved to the area and figured we would try it. Husband's David's double was cold and very sloppy..frys were cold and he substituted the coke for a frosty. A watery frosty. And it was a medium. Looked like a small to us. Grandaughter got a Happy meal..frys also cold..burger cold,and they forgot her toy. We heard that all the way home. :( Now for the Chilli. It's all I wanted. I use to get it all the time and raved about how good it was. Like I said we haven't been in awhile. The Chile should be called bean soup. .no meat..all beans and watered down. Big dissapointment. :( won't be doing that again. Ugh!!
I'm a little freaked out. Went to get a jr bacon cheeseburger and a chili. I had to use a different card because my debit was low, but the worker who ran my card knew EXACTLY how much was in my account which is weird and alarming, but it got weirder when i got home. The chili was partially empty and covered in saran wrap? Am i eating someone's discarded snack? Corporate please look into this! Im disgusted and cant eat this chili..

Two of three burgers were not correct with regard to the toppings specified in the app order. Fries were soggy and undercooked. Wait time at the drive thru was long, waited at the sidewalk for 10-15 minutes on an order placed 15 mins before arriving. Salted caramel Frosty was delicious.
