In my opinion this restaurant does not even deserve one star in any area! I went to restaurant last night and quickly remembered why I do not use this location. Long story short we went through drive thru where the man speaking over the intercom could not hear me at all. Asked for my order then when I was done ordering again says his original greeting. I kindly asked him if he had heard me and if I needed to repeat my order. He AGAIN, says his greeting. So I pull forward (he looks right at me as I did) and says well if we didn’t hear you, nothing was ordered. Doesn’t care to take my order at the window, apologize or anything. I work in customer service and have for many years. I treated one of my patients like this at work and you better believe I’d be written up.Not to mention as we sat at the window for a good 3-5 minutes without being helped, all we could see was 2 woman dressed in their pajamas walking in and out of the kitchen area and 2 other workers not helping at all. I have lived here only 3 years and sadly can say that good customer service in this area is very few and far between. Train your staff better so they can grow up and be good humans in our society!

The workers there told me they got rid of the regular bun on the baconator and tried to charge me for a pretzel bun which is a dollar more (when the menu says pretzel limited time 8.99 and a regular baconator is 7.99. Imagine all the people they are ripping off by doing this and nobody standing up for themselves.

This location has an incredible lack of management. 4 employees present. 1 of them was juggling both food prep and taking the drive through orders on the headset. The other 3 stood around complaining that they didn’t know how to do anything. After waiting 25 minutes for burgers, the fries and nuggets they had put in the bag first were completely cold. I asked if there were any fresh ones and one of them said “make your own MF nuggets”. Yes, those words exactly. The 1 employee doing any work had a great attitude for the pressure he was under and Miami was doing his best to keep everyone motivated. I won’t be back to this location.

I realize this wendys is under new management. But they would benefit so much from hiring the old store manager back. I believe his name was mark or matt? Not sure what happened to him but you can definitely tell a difference since he has been gone. Maybe reach out to him and try to make him come back? Unsure if he quit or was fired? Probably quit as i seen him at this location as well at other wendys locations through out my week.Thank you.

Service needs alot of work. We waited almost 30 minutes for dinner. We were inside. Watching drive thru roll by. Don't recommend this Wendy's. Said something to counter help about how long it's taking, hus reply," I can't help that" said it with attitude.

Most expensive Wendy's around the tricities. Everything is at least $1 more and the drink size on the biggie bags is a size smaller than others give out.They were also out of Dave's cherry cream soda.More expensive for less.
