Poor service, food was wrong, Poor management and the management and other staff were talking about me behind my back because I was unsatisfied with my order. Also gave dirty silverware with dried food on it.🤢🤮
I sat with friends while they eat and I had nothing but a Dr. Pepper witch was flat as well.
Poor Poor service all around.

I'll never eat at this location on Emory rd in Powell, TN ever again.

Have almost always had a good experience 😊. Occasionally the food is not cooked perfectly, but for the most part, very good!

We were seated promptly, but after about 10 minutes of no one approaching our table, we walked out. There were 3-4 wait staff having a jolly time between the bar and kitchen area, but I guess too busy having fun to visit us.

I went here with my partner on Saturday last week and I just came back here to remark on the great service we received! I cannot remember our server’s name, but she was amazing. Our food came out super quickly and the restaurant was clean (including the bathrooms). I enjoyed the experience so much I’m coming back a week later to leave a review! Thank you!

If your not a regular here stay away. Placed order on Nov 16 via uber and got the wrong order so I called and was given a store credit instead of a refund which I asked for to make it easier on them. Well today I went in this same location at 315pm and place the same order a buger and melt down cake. Place not busy at all staff just as friendly to the regs in there and everything. At 350 pm I asked what time did I place the order and the lady went to look said something to the MOD and she she o well it maybe just setting back there and it was. Nice and cold now ice cream fully melted fries ice cold to the touch lol I just took it said thank you and walked out and put it in the trash. I understand working in the food industry is hard at times but damn if you dont want to do it get a different job.

Nice Applebee's. Food was good fast and well prepared. Server was excellent. Very fast , courteous and professional. I would've given 5 stars but it was very busy and the waiting could've been made a little better but all in all I have no complaints.

Jake, Tara, Chris, and the entire staff are amazing! Bourbon Street steak was cooked to perfection! I would highly recommend the Bees and especially this one on Central Ave Pike!!

The entire staff are absolutely incredible! From management, bar staff, servers, and hosts, everyone that I have ever interacted with has done nothing be treated me like family! Would definitely recommend this restaurant for any occasion!

Came in for food and drinks, the bartender and staff were great. They werent only fast and pleasant but they seemed to know how to be personal with every guest they cam in contact with. The bartender was one of the best if not the best.

This place is the worse. If I could give no stars I would. The service is horrible. I waited over 15 minutes to try and place an order ans still had to go outside and do it on the app. They weren’t even busy. Then the food was wrong… Horrible customer service and food was wrong and COLD. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.
