I'm not a fan of corporate restaurant chains, but my wife, who's British, wanted to try it out, so we did. We were both pleasantly surprised.We started with the Spin-Art dip, which also came with Salsa and sour creme and it was quite good. My wife ordered the Bourbon Sirloin and I ordered the Parmesan Sirloin. Both cooked to perfection and both delicious. I also ordered a side salad and it was very fresh and crisp and quite large for a side salad.C.J. was the perfect server. He was friendly, very knowledgeable about the menu, very prompt, kept our drinks filled (even offering to go cups when we finished), most importantly, he wasn't overbearing and pandering for a bigger tip (he got one for exactly that?)The thing that was VERY disconcerting was the homeless people in the restrooms and on the property. There were homeless people's belongings stashed in the bushes on the property, panhandlers in the parking lot and homeless people in the restrooms changing clothes and brushing their teeth in the sink. If management can't control this, then we won't be back.In conclusion, great food, incredible service (Be sure to ask for C.J. if you eat here.?) but the homeless infestation is a problem. Please fix this and we'll be back.

Well, don't expect too much. Appetizer came for us to share, with no side plates ... waitress never came around so we could ask for them. That was messy. Steaks were cooked correctly, but were full of gristle ... hard to cut and chew. I asked for a second glass of wine which didn't come ... oh wait! Waitress did bring it 5 seconds before she brought the check. Oh well. Other Applebee's have been much better.

We ordered the 2 for 28 that comes with appetizer and 2 entrees. We got the boneless wings and ordered them with 2 different flavors and 2 steak meals. Our waitress came back to us telling us that we couldn't order our wings with 2 different flavors, (like we did just a couple weeks ago at the Applebee's on n Peter's, and like she had just ordered for someone last week). Something told me that this decision came from her boss. I was NOT happy about it AT ALL. My husband recognized the manager from lyft, he was one of my husband's customers several times and he NEVER tipped my husband then. Also our meal came with broccoli that my husband had not ordered, but I did. I never got it. And then the steaks were the ABSOLUTE LOWEST quality of sirloin either of us have EVER had. I had trouble eating mine and my husband gave up the fight and let me take his steak home to TRY to eat later. The waitress was nice, but honestly, I believe she was too nice to work in this horrible restaurant. We won't be going back to Applebee's. Not all of them are this bad, the one on n Peter's is MUCH better than this one, (as long as you get the right waiter or waitress), but I have had my fill.

Went in around 4pm and hardly anyone in there requested a booth due to our child’s handicap and there were only two booths with people in them and the restaurant was dead, was told we couldn’t have a booth because no one was working in that area, when I asked there are other people at the booths why can’t we sit there, the person seated us said idk follow me. Really poor customer service and the disrespect. We left as soon as they sat us at a table that lady needs to be fired
