I ordered online through their app and when I went in they told me to go stand where the door dashers go to pick up online orders so I did. I told them I had an online order so the lady went to the back to check and I guess it was the manager who came out and she said he's not a door dash driver he doesn't have an order to pick up and very rudely ask me what I ordered so I showed her my order number and went to the back and then came out and apologized. I ask if I could have some extra au ju for my French dip sandwich and she looked at me like I was an idiot and didn't know what I was talking about and the other worker said I know what he's talking about about I'll get it so she went to get it for me. When I returned home food was missing there was soy sauce in a dipping cup for the cinnamon mini swirls I mean come on now if you don't know how to run a restaurant and deal with customers or don't even know what au ju is then you should get a different job somewhere else that's just ridiculous.Also the double crunch wings were soggy and usually at other Applebee's they are great this place really needs to get it together for sure.

I will never order or eat at this Applebee's again! I ordered ubereats from here yesterday and got the sirloin and shrimp cooked medium, well let's just say that wasn't at all what I got. Instead what I got was a piece of meat that was very tough and tasted as if it was cooked in the microwave!!! It was so disgusting I couldn't eat it at all. The first bite literally turned my stomach! I got my husband to try it, just to make sure it wasn't me, he said some things even worse than I did. And to beat it all my 2 chihuahuas wouldn't even touch it, when I tried to give it to them. Don't trust the steaks here!

Our server was excellent! The food wasn't really fit to eat? And we couldn't even eat it. For $50 and we were still hungry! Won't be spending any more with Applebee's Mall Rd location any time soon.
