The customer service here is awful. Today at 434pm I went tho the drive tho and after waiting for at least 10 minutes got to the window after paying asked for a drink carrier and the woman that was working the drive tho window said " oh God" as if it was a inconvenience for her vary rude and vary unprofessional and I didn't even get the sauce I asked for DON'T GO HERE!!!!!! Up date as of 1/8/2025 11:50pm It seems to me that all they can do is give you a web address to complain to so I did it after it being not to friendly to use and navigate. It say that they will be in contact with me if they respond ill put another update here in my opinion I think the staff needs to either let go or replaced all together for years now (as I looked though the reviews) its the same things bad or rude employees and the food is the same and it shows Update on 1/23/2025 @ 5:40pm They sent me a letter and a free card for a sandwich

Good meal. Was prepared as requested. Small wait while itt was pprepaaredso we were parked.
Deanna at the front is amazing!!!! Always smiling and really cares! We had a small hiccup on our sandwich but it was just the way it was shredded and my husband is a lil picky on things like that, but the handled it perfectly! Thank you all.
