I've always loved Arby's. This location has always been special due to the Kudzu covering the rocks behind it and one of the few remaining Hat signs left in the area. However, they have really let this location go. The restaurant seemed abandoned. There was no water in the sink, and there were no paper towels in the restroom. I know these are simple fixes but just a touch of the first impression to new customers. I tried to get the staff to address the restroom, but they didn't seem interested. Corporate really needs to give some attention to this location. On a positive note, the food was delicious.

I waited almost 10 minutes at the speaker to order my food and the person taking my order was rude. Then when I pulled around to the window, he slammed the window open and shut each time. Once I got home to eat my food, the sandwich was wrong despite the sticker on the wrap having the right order. Usually I wouldn’t leave a review, but after spending almost $15 to not even get the right food (considering that they were out of curly fries too), I’m pretty upset.

Two young women were REALLY hustling to get folks served. I was so impressed that I asked their names. One gal, Shalita, was covering the drive through, the fryers, and the front register. The other gal, Tasha, was busy prepping sandwiches and slicing meat. They were both working non stop. I did have to wait to give my order and to get our delicious Sliders, but it wasn’t their fault. There was a man with a braid in uniform, but perhaps he was on break.
