This is a place you go for great food, not fancy atmosphere! The floor was dirty, but tables were clean. Tekemundo was on and the jukebox was blasting in Spanish. The corn tortillas are outstanding! Don’t be afraid to get off the beaten path, even though it might look a little sketchy! It was great!

I went here for the first time with a friend; it was excellent, seemed well priced and sizable portions. I ordered a quesadilla that was very big and had the usual sides that I like (refried beans, rice, avocado, lettuce, etc.).
Also, the first Mexican restaurant that I’d been to that offers raw oysters (my favorite appetizer). Unfortunately, they didn’t have cocktail sauce or horseradish, which is usually how I eat my oysters.
