That Arby's store has been there since I was 5 years old and now I am 50 yrs old. It needs to be updated inside and cleaned up outside. Food is usually good, hot, and fresh. They do have a bad day from time to time.Wheelchair accessibility: It's on one side and could stand to be redone. Parking lot is not to good and should be fixed. Also they should put in another wheelchair ramp on the side that doesn't have one.

My Buffalo chicken wrap had so much sauce on it when I bit into it, it squirted out both sides all over my mouth and chin and out the bottom of the wrap all over my clothes. I won't ever be back.

The restaurant was okay. The service was okay. It's a very busy place. There were a few homeless people hanging around. One poor woman looked like she had been hit in the face - very bruised. I didn't feel safe inside. The French dip sandwich was excellent.

This Arby's is THE absolute WORST. The day crew (especially the white dude manager) are extremely rude, incompetent and impatient. There hasn't been a single time that I've been there without experiencing some sort of problem. They make excuses to not accept coupons, get your order wrong, charge you for the wrong order, and then give you a hard time for trying to correct it. The crew looks sloppy and thrown together and they have no sense of what good customer service is. I worked as a manager at Arby's for 4 years and I know that this is NOT how an Arby's should be run. The entire crew is in serious need of retraining OR just let them all go and hire some people who actually give a damn ??‍♀️ They, once again, put up a fuss about a VALID coupon that they simply chose not to accept, so yeah, I left without any food after a decent drive time to get there. Thanks for nothing Arby's.

8 p.m. at the drive-thru fast service got exactly what I wanted on my sandwich and I'm one picky glitch.? The young lady at the window is amazing and friendly with most fast food places. The manager was going to give my food he and friendly as well. Are highly recommend this Arby'

Went to drive thru yesterday, ordered a meal with a chocolate shake. The girl didn't hear me so I repeated order twice. She confirmed that I wanted a shake but must have hit coke so when I got to window Will gave me a coke. Not a big deal, but I do not like coke. I looked at receipt and saw I wasn't charged for shake to I attempted to let will know and was going to ask for a water or Dr. Pepper instead. He opened window and asked me to pull up since I was done. Told him I ordered a shake and before I could finish he slammed window closed. Then gave the shake and gave me a guilt trip about there being a price difference, I tried to tell him again that I didn't expect anything free but he cut me off again and turned around. Then he waved me off to leave. I told him it would be nice if he would let me finish a sentence and he said "yeah ok have a goodnight" still not letting me finish what I was saying. This is absolutely disgusting customer service. I don't appreciate the way he made me feel. Ruined my entire meal. I also work customer service so takes a lot for me to complain. But this was unacceptable. I called to speak to the manager and the employee who answered told me it was Will which is the same man who caused the issue in the first place. Not that it matters, but ill never return to this Arby's and don't recommend anyone else does either.
