I've always loved Arby's. This location has always been special due to the Kudzu covering the rocks behind it and one of the few remaining Hat signs left in the area. However, they have really let this location go. The restaurant seemed abandoned. There was no water in the sink, and there were no paper towels in the restroom. I know these are simple fixes but just a touch of the first impression to new customers. I tried to get the staff to address the restroom, but...

Two young women were REALLY hustling to get folks served. I was so impressed that I asked their names.
One gal, Shalita, was covering the drive through, the fryers, and the front register. The other gal, Tasha, was busy prepping sandwiches and slicing meat. They were both working non stop. I did have to wait to give my order and to get our delicious Sliders, but it wasn’t their fault.
There was a man with a braid in uniform, but perhaps he was on break.

The customer service here is awful. Today at 434pm I went tho the drive tho and after waiting for at least 10 minutes got to the window after paying asked for a drink carrier and the woman that was working the drive tho window said " oh God" as if it was a inconvenience for her vary rude and vary unprofessional and I didn't even get the sauce I asked for
