Hands down the best Asian restaurant in Knoxville. Truly a hidden treasure. I’ve been in the Knoxville area for over a decade and never knew it existed until a friend told me about it. I’m SO sad about all the years I wasted at other places. We sat at the huge table with a massive lazy Susan and ordered probably 7 or 8 different things. Every single one of them was incredible! Will be frequenting here more!
The service was terrible. Since we’re regular customers and come here often, the service has gotten worse over time. This one server – a middle-aged Chinese woman – has become more and more dismissive toward us. She often serves other tables first, even if they came in after us, and makes us wait a long time. When we ask for something, she rolls her eyes and acts annoyed. One time, when we didn’t leave a tip because of her attitude, she even came outside to confront us...
Absolutely love coming here. I've been coming for years now and invite others to try them out. I always leaned towards their street noodles/Singapore rice noodles! For the price and amount of food you get, you can't beat it. Definitely give them a chance and they won't disappoint. Staff are courteous and respectful. Atmosphere is laid back, relatively quiet simply because everyone is eating 👍
