Wish I could leave a better review this is the second time I've stopped and ordered. Each time it was over 20 minutes. Last time it was 20 minutes and no food was ever brought out, it said delivering them cut ofI hit the button and nothing. No response...finally someone came on and basically 'we only have a few staff. If it's going to take 30 minutes something should be aaid. Finally 30 minutes later the food came out missing a drink. The guy who brought my order out was super sweet and even complimented my tattoos! he even had to answer a headset order otw to my car but he was very professional and prompt! They made my food just how it should be, the tots very cheesy and plenty of chilli, none burnt. The burger was amazing and they clearly know what extra pickles means 😍😍😍 a busy area but this location is definitely worth it to me. I ended up grabbing a quick meal here after work, and it turned out better than I expected. The food came out fresh, the fries were hot, and my burger was put together pretty well. The staff stayed busy but still managed to be polite and get orders moving without much delay. The dining area could've been a little cleaner, but nothing that would've kept me from eating there. Overall it was a solid experience, and I'd have no problem coming back when I need a fast, reliable meal.
