Had a bad experience at this Sonic (service related, not quality of food related), but management made it right, which was great customer service. The experience was quite frustrating, but I do understand everyone has a bad day or makes a mistake. I'm sure it was an isolated incident and the manager, Heather, immediately rectified it. She called personally to apologize and compensate us. That was greatly appreciated, and I would visit this Sonic again based on that.
Who doesn't love Sonic. Choose from either Drive-In, or Drive Thru service. They have great American favorites and it's delivered fast.
