Good food and service
Food quality, taste and quantity are always satisfactory. Friendly owners take care of everything in this small eatery. It is not fancy or pretentious. Just go in to enjoy a meal or grab take out. Closed on Sundays. Sushi coming back soon!

So so good! My husband and I went here for the first time and had such an amazing time! The new owners run the restaurant so everything is freshly made and made with care. We got the massaman curry and the pad Thai. Both were amazing! Had my leftovers for lunch the next day and they were just as good! The edamame, spring rolls, dumplings and Chinese donuts were all spectacular as well! The owners are so friendly and you can tell they really care about their food and customers. 10/10 recommend going here to support local business!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food tasted excellent, and the portions were just right. The staff were kind, attentive, and always smiling. The atmosphere was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It is one of the best places to enjoy a nice meal.

DO NOT GO HERE. I would consider myself an avid enjoyer of Asian cuisine, and I have tried nearly every location in Knoxville as well as most adjacent towns at this point, and this is by far the worst.
I went with a friend and we ordered two different kinds of chicken, I the General Tso and he the Sesame. When the food arrived, the two orders looked indistinguishable from one another aside from the sesame seeds on the top of his. After testing the food, we were in firm agreement that it was nothing more than Shake and Bake, not exaggerating. The food was incredibly bland and tasted nothing like what we ordered.
As for the service, after we received our drinks, not once did anyone come to refill them once they were empty despite the waitress sitting no more than a few feet away from us. I even started to frequently suck on the empty glass, which there was no doubt she could hear, just to see if she would even check on us.
In regard to the atmosphere, though not necessarily a negative point, I did find it strange they were playing the news for the customers. Again, not exactly a gripe, just that I have never encountered that before. It did set a strange tone for the eating experience, however.
To conclude, I highly advise anyone considering eating here to heavily reconsider if they desire an enjoyable meal.

i feel immediately sick. the egg rolls have cheese in them and the hot and sour soup is like dishwater with big chunks of random stuff. i’ve eaten here in the past and it was always great so don’t know what happened. but highly do not recommend. ouch

For years we’ve satisfied our Chinese food cravings at Asian Hibachi Grill in Rocky Hill. Take Out is our primary MO but last night my buddy and me dined in. Janu is going to be the new owner and we will certainly miss Wai Wai. I had the Pad Thai and it’s the best I’ve ever had. I don’t care what you order you will love it and the portion will provide your lunch the next day! I did not select an atmosphere rating because atmosphere is a personal opinion. I’ll tell you a secret but don’t tell anybody. I love the atmosphere of Asian Hibachi! There will be a constant flow of people taking out but you will be the only one dining in! It’s quaint, quiet, and Janu’s smile is warm and inviting. I’m excited to have her continue this fantastic Asian tradition in Rocky Hill.

I was enjoying take out for the umpteenth time when I realized I’d never left a review. This place has—hands down—THE best orange chicken in Knoxville. I have some texture issues with food, and consistency can be a hard thing to come by—but this place never fails. The single time there was an issue with our delivery order, they went above and beyond to make it right and it has never happened again. It is a challenge to not devour the entire dish in one sitting—not because there isn’t enough, but because it’s so delicious and crisp that it’s hard to stop eating. There is always enough for two solid meals (if my self control doesn’t waver LOL).
My wife is more adventurous and has tried multiple things on the menu, and nothing has ever disappointed her. The street noodles are a special favorite of hers—but she always sneaks some of my orange chicken because it can’t be resisted!
