They gave you half the size of the scoop for the regialr scoop is the same ad the kids scoop but they are placing it in a big ball, the topping is 1.99$ for mot even 7 m&ms
They are so cheap in their service you pay over priced ice cream that is not even a size of a scoop
Ridiculous last visit to this BR

The employee serving us was biting his fingernails, wiping his nose, and coughing constantly. He didn’t wash his hands before he scooped. He had an attitude, showing impatience from us ordering. Proportions of ice cream are borderline scammy. Avoid at all costs. $8 for a glorified spoonful of ice cream.

Its been awhile since I've been to an ice cream shop but holy moly, prices are insane! $11 for ice cream waffle cone and $8 for a baby cone with sprinkles. You can get a whole kids meal at a sit down restaurant for those prices. Also, mediocre service at best. Cant justify spending that much, will not be going back. There are cheaper places in town for a kids treat.

$6.50 per single scoop? They don’t take gift cards either! 🤨

Visited on a Sunday! Environment was stuffy, kinda hot inside. We opted to sit outside. Prices were high, and portions were low. (Still good for what we got)

Staff was friendly, gave a vibe of not really wanting to be there. There was a lot of signs on door to read about different payments they do not take.

In a time when plastic is main form of payment. I was shocked we were unable to leave a tip for good service. Staff said unfortunately its been that way for a while.. but appreciated the thought. (I took cash back up)

I think it could be a cool place just needs some slight improvements. We will be back when in area.

Extremely poor management of business and setting employees up for failure. Putting them in unsafe and unfair working situations. Will not be supporting in the future.

So I usually like to give really good reviews, but I came to this Baskin-Robbins I’ve never had the app. I’ve always paid never really thought about getting an app even though I have it for several different other restaurants but for some reason, apparently they’re all on by different franchises so they don’t take the free scoop that you get when you sign up for the app but they take the birthday scoop and they weren’t really nice about it. I called The one that’s Parkside and they weren’t even kind about either which I’m gonna leave a review there because I just called to ask and say so is that like a thing and he was like yeah we don’t take it either so what’s the point of even having the app like I get that different franchise people own them but why even having an app, you might as well say I just don’t participate in the app because I don’t see how you take one free scoop you don’t take the other one so It’s beyond me. It was horrible customer service. She wasn’t nice at all. She didn’t say oh well you know try to give me another option or maybe you can look and see if you have another coupon. She was just like yeah we don’t take that and it’s not the first time I’ve not had the greatest service here either. They’re not very kind they’re very young and some of them are just very rude . I will try my best not to go to Baskin-Robbins.

It was a really bad experience. The worker was rude to my daughter who asked to sample literally 2 flavors to help her decide. Smallest scoop ever, they don't take baskin robins gift cards, Apple Pay, or bills larger than $20. You are never supposed to make it hard for your customers to give you their money. That's literally business 101.

Very rude employees. They also don’t even give you a full scoop. One female employee always says “2 samples per person” when my daughter asks for 1 out of our whole family. Multiple signs on the door to tell you all the things they don’t honor; apply pay, gift cards, larger bills, etc. Poor business.

Took my son here for a treat. We both had waffle cones. He chose a mixed sherbert. I had a Jamocha fudge. One of my scoops fell on the floor as I was getting a napkin. The woman behind the counter replaced the scoop I had lost (maybe a little reluctantly). Other than that, all was excellent.

Ice cream roll cakes have always been delicious. This last one was a clear and distinct disappointment. Something in the recipe or process has changed.

One scoop did not even fill the tiny cup. My wife asked for a cup of water and was told she'd have to buy a bottle. Violent movie playing on TV but the outside seating is nice. We won't be back.

It’s ice cream so I had to give it two stars . Otherwise this location is the worst ice cream place I’ve experienced outside of an amusement park environment . The service was so disagreeable I didn’t want to buy ANYTHING . When asked about any suggestions for flavors the absolutely disagreeable disgruntled attendant was of no use . I specifically asked what her favorite was and her response was “ I’m not supposed to eat ice cream” , my reply “ can you give me any suggestions as to good flavors? “ . I got an eye roll and further disagreeable attitude. I understand you aren’t supposed to eat ice cream , but for goodness sake it’s your job to help customers. Her miserable attitude was the start , one of the people in my party ordered a shake . Instead of starting the shake as soon as he ordered she was too lazy to get that going she felt like it was appropriate to wait till everyone had our orders and started eating to even even begin his shake so now the people who ordered after us have to wait extra long to even order because she was to lazy and miserable to start a freaking shake. Not to mention the out of date corporate design and drop ceiling fluorescent lighting this place feels like you are stuck in a lunch room cafeteria from the 80’s with an angry lunchroom lady attending the counter , avoid at all costs . If she is too lazy to even try to help customers I can only imagine her cleaning practices at the end of the shift.
