It’s ice cream so I had to give it two stars . Otherwise this location is the worst ice cream place I’ve experienced outside of an amusement park environment . The service was so disagreeable I didn’t want to buy ANYTHING . When asked about any suggestions for flavors the absolutely disagreeable disgruntled attendant was of no use . I specifically asked what her favorite was and her response was “ I’m not supposed to eat ice cream” , my reply “ can you give me any suggestions as to good flavors? “ . I got an eye roll and further disagreeable attitude. I understand you aren’t supposed to eat ice cream , but for goodness sake it’s your job to help customers. Her miserable attitude was the start , one of the people in my party ordered a shake . Instead of starting the shake as soon as he ordered she was too lazy to get that going she felt like it was appropriate to wait till everyone had our orders and started eating to even even begin his shake so now the people who ordered after us have to wait extra long to even order because she was to lazy and miserable to start a freaking shake. Not to mention the out of date corporate design and drop ceiling fluorescent lighting this place feels like you are stuck in a lunch room cafeteria from the 80’s with an angry lunchroom lady attending the counter , avoid at all costs . If she is too lazy to even try to help customers I can only imagine her cleaning practices at the end of the shift.

My mom wanted a quart of her fave ice cream so we stopped here this morning. Turned out they didn't open until 11 but we were there around 9:30. A nice employee saw us sitting in the parking lot and told us we could come in. That was so nice of her!

How awesome! So, I just called to see if they would have a specific ice cream cake available, but no one answered. To my surprise, I was immediately called back by Raven. She was extremely polite and helpful and told me what she had on hand. She took my order and I paid for it over the phone. She made sure to get it out of the display case and put it in the back for me to pick up in a day or so. Thank you Raven for being so awesome!

My experience here was quite good. They had a few new ice cream flavors that the staff recommended for us to try, and they were fun and engaging during our visit. The let us try whatever we liked and made some recommendations for combinations of different flavors.

They let me get a ice cream 1 minutes after closing and I did not get the name of the lady that was there but she was so sweet do not listen to the bad reviews and ever single time I go there they are so nice

This was the WORST experience I’ve had here. First of all, it took the chickie “working” about 1 minute to a knowledge I was there. Yes, I realize a minute isn’t too long but when the bell rings and you stand there with your back to the customer for more than 3 seconds? Figure out customer service or go somewhere else. Once acknowledged, I ordered a sundae. She charged me and then started working on my order without asking me what flavor I want. You have 31 flavors for a reason! She just gave me vanilla. Then when questioned about it (because I thought she was maybe working on a mobile order that had come in before me) I get “I already made it. It comes with vanilla.” No, it doesn’t! You have to ask what flavor the customer wants. She obviously doesn’t want to work here, but I’m sure due to her lack-lusted attitude, this is the only place that would hire her. Good thing the owners must also not care about return service. I’ll wait for the Tik Tok to reopen. They know how to serve the right ice cream, and the right customer service with a great attitude.
Got a handpacked quart of baseball nut, plus 2 pre-packed quarts. The young lady who was behind the counter was very friendly and super efficient! She REALLY packed that ice cream into that container! Definitely going there again.

This is the only Baskin Robins that has my favorite flavor every day! Icing on the cake! I absolutely love it I also love the employee's at this store.
The worker tonight, 01/25/23, was beyond rude and lazy. We placed our order, and she went about making it. My wife's order should have been asked which ice cream to use, but the worker didn't ask, just grabbed vanilla. THEN when we asked when she was going to ask us for which ice cream, she just stated that she already made it with vanilla, and said that she wouldn't fix it. We were standing near where you exit the line, but she placed our order at the complete opposite side and said "it's over there, go get it".Horrible experience. I hope the owner of this Baskin Robbins sees this post...

We walked in there about an hour before they closed and the girl at the front was taking some tubs of ice cream out of the freezer. She looked at us but didn’t say anything. We waited for about 5 minutes (which wouldn’t be a problem normally but we were the only people there and she had said nothing to us). She seemed super miserable and seemed like she didn’t want to serve us at all.

Horrible service and ice cream made everyone in my house sick. Lady who worked there on 7/24/22, was so hateful and had no hairnet on. Im hearing impaired and she was so impatient while my daughter was trying to tell me what she said. We will stick to Brusters from now on. Fresher ingredients, doesnt taste like chemicals, better customer service!

Didn't even get to get ice cream. Said they could not make a milkshake because she had recently made one and had to wait for the container to dry before making another. Also said she had to charge 1.50 for each individual cherry. Horrible.
