Got a turkey panini and wow! Very impressed I’m super jealous we don’t have this place in Denver ! Will be back one day for sure.

Love this place! Usually have at least one Paleo option for baked goods, which I really appreciate- as well as my favorite smoothie :)
Slightly extended Saturday hours would help me out a bit. It can be hard to get in before close.
Overall, great place! Thanks!

My family and I just move to Tennessee from Florida and it was hard for us to find a 100 percent dedicated gluten free bakery until we found this gem. The bakes good were amazing and my wife had a tuna salad panini she devoured in seconds lol, the atmosphere was great and customer service amazing.

This is a gem of a little place which I wish was much closer to where I live! Everything was dedicated gluten-free, with a guide for all other possible allergies/preferences including nuts, vegan, paleo, dairy, etc
You can sit and eat a meal and have a coffee beverage, and you can take bakery and frozen items to go as well. I ate a curry chicken salad sandwich and got a box of about $75 worth of goodies to go, along with frozen lasagna and a soup. 😁

Amazing! I'll be back 🙌

I didn’t like the people there. Baked goods were good though.

I surprisingly discovered this bakery and went in with excitement to find delicious gluten-free and low fodmap options - I was not disappointed!

I went with their mixed berry scone, and it had a great flavor and texture. I cannot wait to go back for more!! The cashier was super nice, friendly and patient with me too, as I sifted through the menu options to find something that worked for me. Definitely recommend for anyone with gut issues. 👌

I could not FIND this place. GPS took me to an abandoned bank next door. I called the bakery and the sweetest gal stayed on the phone with me as I navigated to the bakery, with her help.
Their menu is impressive! They have premade frozen meals and BIRTHDAY CAKES!!! in different sizes. They have all kinds of pastas. They have frozen biscuits and frozen sausage gravy with reheating/baking instructions. They have a cafe menu with drinks, lots of options, cheaper than Starbucks and Dutch Bros, sandwiches, all kinds of stuff, and also baked goods in the case.
I got cakes, donuts, and biscuits and gravy. My son got a brown sugar latte. The donuts were consumed the second I got home. I got my kids Krispy Kreme, so they weren’t left out. Mine were so much better. The blueberry donut had huge real blueberries. I haven’t tried the cakes yet, but I’m excited for them!
This place is very much worth the drive. I’m so excited to not have to compromise on taste and quality just to eat safely! Will definitely be back! 10/5 stars!

I love getting to go to a bakery and actually eat something that is delicious! I got their peanut butter bar and brookie. They were absolutely amazing! They offer gluten, dairy, nut, egg, and paleo friendly options.

I don’t go in this shop very often obviously lol trying to watch my figure 😄 their baked goodies are delicious of course. Everything I’ve tried tasted great. I give three stars because anytime I go in, those girls behind the counter always have faces like they just came back from the funeral. Never a smile of any kind of friendly gesture. I don’t know if working at bakery shop is such a miserable place to work but that’s what it looks like judging by their faces and attitude. Sad.

Was so excited to see a gluten free place on the map when visiting from out of town! It’s in a kind of random strip mall and nothing fancy atmosphere-wise, but had a lovely experience. The worker was very kind. I had curry chicken salad and took a brownie and scone to go! Everything was delicious!! A perfect little spot for a healthier lunch option and a sweet treat.

Our family was here last August and everything was 10/10. A family member of mine has a gluten intolerance so we originally came here for her, but next visit we will return and I don’t even need anything gluten free! It’s so hard to find a gluten free bakery (especially one that has donuts) Everything we ordered was delicious! I highly recommend the cinnamon roll & blueberry donut!

Gluten-free goodies for people with celiac disease or common allergies! Options include dairy free and nut free desserts, too.

Everything tastes heavenly, and they make lots of comfort goodies and treats.

It's my favorite spot in Knoxville and highly recommend for folks looking for a new sweet spot!

I cannot eat dairy and ordered my birthday cake from BYL when I found them through a Google search. They were so friendly and helpful through the ordering process, their price was very reasonable, and my cake was not only beautiful but so yummy. Truly can’t recommend them enough!

I've tried the sausage cheese scone and an eclair and both were delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. This place is a gem for those of us who can't have gluten but still want treats.
