It was overall bad and overpriced. All of our stomachs hurt after eating here. The cheese scones were underdone, dense, and gooey. The cinnamon rolls were okay, but again, it was super dense and gooey in the dough itself. These are the type of places that give GF a bad name. It’s expensive, yet poor quality.

The cake was exactly what I wanted! With my sweet boy having a milk protein allergy, it can be hard to find something safe and delicious—but this cake was perfect. The staff was amazing, so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend to anyone, especially fellow allergy moms!

This place is wonderful! In a world full of gluten, they make delicious food (or sell options from other vendors) that allow gluten-free guests to enjoy their meals and snacks.

When I was planning my wedding, I needed to find a dessert my college roommate (who has celiac and several food allergies from MCAS) could enjoy. BYL was so kind and emailed me their full ingredient list so that we could find something that worked for her. She loved the berry crisp and didn’t get sick, which was a big deal. I also sampled several baked goods in the vetting process, and everything I tried was great!

We've been going to BYL for many years. We stop by 90% of the time we are in the general area. Very clean and workers are friendly. It is nice to go to a bakery where you don't have to ask if something is Gluten Free. Besides sweet goodies, many times I get the pimento cheese sandwich. Yum!

Liked 3 of the 4 items that we purchased. Veggie Quiche, Lemon bars, and mixed berry scone were okay. Although, the only berry we found was blackberry.
The sausage cheddar scone had a very dry and sandy texture which is surprising, especially since everything is gluten-free. I would think that they would have gotten the texture better.

Love this place! Usually have at least one Paleo option for baked goods, which I really appreciate- as well as my favorite smoothie :)
Slightly extended Saturday hours would help me out a bit. It can be hard to get in before close.

My family and I just move to Tennessee from Florida and it was hard for us to find a 100 percent dedicated gluten free bakery until we found this gem. The bakes good were amazing and my wife had a tuna salad panini she devoured in seconds lol, the atmosphere was great and customer service amazing.

This is a gem of a little place which I wish was much closer to where I live! Everything was dedicated gluten-free, with a guide for all other possible allergies/preferences including nuts, vegan, paleo, dairy, etc
You can sit and eat a meal and have a coffee beverage, and you can take bakery and frozen items to go as well. I ate a curry chicken salad sandwich and got a box of about $75 worth of goodies to go, along with frozen lasagna and a soup. 😁

I surprisingly discovered this bakery and went in with excitement to find delicious gluten-free and low fodmap options - I was not disappointed!

I went with their mixed berry scone, and it had a great flavor and texture. I cannot wait to go back for more!! The cashier was super nice, friendly and patient with me too, as I sifted through the menu options to find something that worked for me. Definitely recommend for anyone with gut issues. 👌
