I have been a HUGE fan of Fuji’s for over 20 years! When I left knoxville to go to college I drove for hours (with all my roommates) to come back to knoxville just for dinner! EVERYONE loved Fuji’s!! I just had my first visit last night since the reopening, and like the other reviews have said, it is different ?I would always get the Chicken Teriyaki and the veggies where cut and cooked differently. The renovations are awesome and we’ve loved being able to dine in again! We enjoy Fuji for an easy dinner option every month or so. You get a good amount of food- usually enough for two meals- at a fair price.
