The food was decent, but it was overpriced. Check prices closely.

We are very appreciative of the wonderful gluten-free goodies from Benefit Your Life. My husband has celiac disease. We have purchased many of the different treats, and they have all been delicious. We are especially fond of the oatmeal cream pies and the buttermilk coconut pie. We met 30 years ago this week, and both ordered coconut pie that night at Peterson’s in Mount Adams in Cincinnati. To celebrate, I ordered a coconut pie from BYL, and it is so so good, and made our celebration special! We have also had the quiche and coffee inside the restaurant, and it was very good.Dietary restrictions: gluten free

Traveled to Knoxville from Bedford Va for a concert and happened to find this on google while searching for places safe for me (a celiac) to eat and we traveled the extra 20 minutes away from home before we left the area entirely Friday morning to get some goodies because I have never been anywhere like this being from a smaller town. We were greeted with smiling faces and knowledgeable employees, everything we had was absolutely Delicious, I wanted to buy one of everything if I am being honest. Whenever Im back in Tennessee, whether it be, Knoxville, Gatlinburg, or passing through I will travel the extra miles to make sure I stop EVERY time.Thank you guys!Dietary restrictions: EVERYTHING is gluten free, plus a plethora of other allergy friendly options

Completely gluten free spot with amazing options! I had my first panini in years and it was amazing! Also had the meat quiche & pineapple upside down cake. Highly recommend to those with gluten sensitivity and even those without!

Bought cupcakes and a quiche for someone at work. He loved the quiche and everyone that tried the cupcakes said they were yummy. Smoothie was ok, but not worth $9. Atmosphere was eyyy... the ladies working were super nice.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free and Vegan

The cake person is never there. I needed gluten free options for my wedding and could never get a hold of the person in charge of cake orders and now it's too late, they won't take anymore cake orders. I've tried multiple times to place my order.

Stopped in for a quick GF bakery treat, and bought 2 chocolate chip cookies and a brownie. The cookie was GREAT, the brownie was dry. I’ll take the brownie home and put some chocolate frosting on it and it will be great!I appreciate the dedicated bakery and all the items they sell for people with food allergies. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I stopped in to check the place out and find a cup of coffee to go with the sweets I had bought. From the outside this shop resembles a coffee house and bakery vibe, at least so I thought anyway.Surprisingly, after ordering coffee I was handed an empty cup and a lid and pointed toward a thermos.Just unexpected I guess.

Stopped by Benefit Your Life during our honeymoon as someone with celiac disease. I have never seen such an amazing selection of gluten free items. I was so happy to see it was a dedicated gluten free facility. The cupcakes and cookies are amazing! I love that they have both fresh baked goods and frozen goods avilable to purchase! I so wish there was something like this closer to where we live!Dietary restrictions: Perfect gluten free spot!
