The drinks are delicious! Even more impressive was our bartender, Elizabeth. She remembered all of our drinks from the night before. She was on 5 hours of sleep and had the most pleasant attitude!!! Thank you Elizabeth for making our trip to Knoxville amazing!
Beautiful and unique bar to visit. Samantha is the best bartender! She really knows her craft, makes excellent drinks, has a great sense of humor, and brings great conversation!Be sure to visit the rooftop to see the crystal fountain, beer tree, visit the mezanine, and where you can also access the bar next door (same owner).Get there before 7 to avoid paying a cover and get a hand stamp when you leave in order to hop between the bars and be able to re-enter the bars.Sad there...
Both establishments with the 5 accesable sections were fun, inviting and eventful.Every employee we encountered had a great attitude and good know-how.Chloe at the top floor of B's was delightfully casual and personable.Ethen in the middle floor of Preservation was enthusiastic and adventurous.Overall the experience was wonderful. The atmosphere, the employees and the Cocktails.
