Firstly, I love Blaze. I eat there pretty often. I tried this particular location for the first time. Unfortunately, all three pizzas we ordered were not cooked long enough. Very doughy and floppy. Could not even eat it with your hands. Not sure if this was just a fluke situation or if that is normal for this location. Would not recommend this specific location. Otherwise, Blaze is great.

I've always loved this location but my visit today was outstanding!!! Jimmy and his crew were exceptional!! Very kind and polite, very on task and everyone seemed to be working in such rhythm. 10/10 will and already have recommended! Keep it up everybody you're doing fantastic!!!

We ate in the restaurant. Very dirty floors & drink area. They definitely have a fly problem. We were swatting fruit flies away the whole time we were there. I saw them in multiple areas of the restaurant. So what must it be like in the area where the toppings sit out. Pizza was good as usual but I was disgusted by the time I left. Not sure I’ll be back which I hate because I do like their pizza & staff is always pleasant.

My first time to this great place and I loved it! I love the concept how you can go through and pick everything you do and don't want like a sandwich shop set up. The staff was SUPER friendly. It was my sins very first pizza because he has food sensory issues but decided that this was the day he wanted to try it for the first time EVER and the girl was SOOOOOOO SWEET and let us have his half pizza for free to celebrate!!!!! They are THE SWEETEST we will MOST DEFINITELY be back there SOON! THANK YOU to the great staff for being so kind!!!

Ordered a vegan cheese pizza and garlic pesto cheesy bread. First I called to have it picked up at spot number 2 since I had kids in the car. Upon receiving the food I was told by the employee that she has never brought food out to the car for someone. Which i found odd. When I opened the boxes to check to make sure it was vegan cheese I noticed that there was pesto (not vegan) on the pizza even though I ordered a garlic pesto cheesy bread I instructed no pesto, since I wanted garlic still on it. When I asked if they could remake it I was told next time to order the regular cheesy bread. Which by the way won't let me add garlic. Why could they not just read where it says no pesto? Instead I have to add garlic in the special instructions area which would have probably been looked over anyways. When I finally received my new cheesy bread 10 minutes later and screaming children, I opened the box to find that it was not vegan cheese. There was barely an apology from who I what to say seemed like the manager. I was disappointed at the service here. I mean at least read what the customer has on the instructions.

Blaze has great gluten free pizza!!! I love the options and have been going here since day one that they opened. The service is sometimes off but it’s what happens unfortunately when the staff turnover is very quick.
I could not decide what I wanted after a long day and Ryan came to the rescue. He offered to make his personal favorite pizza and I felt led to trust him. The pizza was delicious. Caesar salad is also great. I will definitely be back. Thanks for going above and beyond!

Last visit I tried to use the mixed gender restroom before, during, and after my meal and it was always in use. Finally just chose to use women’s room.
Single stall, open and spacious.
Why is it gender specific to women if it’s a single room and the other restroom available to everyone?
I shouldn’t have to wait 45 minutes to use the restroom when the other one was clearly available.
Change both to unisex. One sex isn’t better than the other. Sexism should be put in the past.
Needless to say won’t visit Blaze again.
