Ordered a vegan cheese pizza and garlic pesto cheesy bread. First I called to have it picked up at spot number 2 since I had kids in the car. Upon receiving the food I was told by the employee that she has never brought food out to the car for someone. Which i found odd. When I opened the boxes to check to make sure it was vegan cheese I noticed that there was pesto (not vegan) on the pizza even though I ordered a garlic pesto cheesy bread I instructed no pesto, since I wanted garlic still on it. When I asked if they could remake it I was told next time to order the regular cheesy bread. Which by the way won't let me add garlic. Why could they not just read where it says no pesto? Instead I have to add garlic in the special instructions area which would have probably been looked over anyways. When I finally received my new cheesy bread 10 minutes later and screaming children, I opened the box to find that it was not vegan cheese. There was barely an apology from who I what to say seemed like the manager. I was disappointed at the service here. I mean at least read what the customer has on the instructions.

Blaze has great gluten free pizza!!! I love the options and have been going here since day one that they opened. The service is sometimes off but it’s what happens unfortunately when the staff turnover is very quick.

I could not decide what I wanted after a long day and Ryan came to the rescue. He offered to make his personal favorite pizza and I felt led to trust him. The pizza was delicious. Caesar salad is also great. I will definitely be back. Thanks for going above and beyond!

Last visit I tried to use the mixed gender restroom before, during, and after my meal and it was always in use. Finally just chose to use women’s room.
Single stall, open and spacious.
Why is it gender specific to women if it’s a single room and the other restroom available to everyone?
I shouldn’t have to wait 45 minutes to use the restroom when the other one was clearly available.
Change both to unisex. One sex isn’t better than the other. Sexism should be put in the past.
Needless to say won’t visit Blaze again.

This Blaze Pizza has the friendliest and most helpful employees of any restaurant in the area — always courteous and professional. They genuinely seem to enjoy working there and it shows.
The pizza is amazing. Great vegetarian and vegan options. The salads are top notch too.
Vegetarian options: The plant-based dairy-free cheese and the plant-based chorizo are very tasty on pizzas. There are also several veggie toppings for the pizza. Great salads too.
Can't beat the price for fresh pizza. All sorts of options, nice dine in area and people are nice.

I am extremely frustrated with my recent visit to the Blaze Pizza location at 10978 Parkside Dr, Knoxville, TN 37934. I arrived at 10:21 PM, only to find the doors locked while the posted closing time was 10:30 PM. It was clear that the staff had already put away all the ingredients and decided to close early without notice.
What made it worse was seeing the store manager, Dustin and the employees standing laughing at me while I waited outside for someone to explain the premature closing. This level of disrespect is beyond unprofessional and completely ruins my perception of Blaze Pizza. I will be leaving reviews and taking further action to hold management accountable for this disgraceful experience. This is beyond unacceptable and shameful as a company and I demand management to take action. I refuse to return to this place and will make sure everyone knows about my experience and will be taking my business somewhere else..

I must admit, I’m struggling to understand the hype surrounding this place. While I wouldn’t consider myself a pizza connoisseur, the experience left much to be desired. The cheese quality was disappointing, and the crust was so tough it reminded me more of beef jerky than something you’d expect from a pizza. To top it off, we spent nearly $50 for two large pizzas, and unfortunately, none of the four of us enjoyed the meal. It simply didn’t live up to expectations.
