The Blaze Pizza Turkey Creek Knoxville location had quick service and a very clean restaurant. The employees were very friendly and I observed them constantly cleaning the dining room. Employees on the food line worked as a team during the build your own salad and pizza process. My pizza came out quickly and perfectly baked. I also liked the music playing in the background. I highly recommend this location.

Best make your own pizza in the known world! Half pizza special is the bomb, with 1/2 pizza and 1/2 salad, the pizza was so good and loaded, the salad was huge, enough for 2 people! Have to say, Jude was super service oriented, give him a high five and $25 gift card somewhere! Can't wait to go back.

I was very disappointed by Blaze Pizza in Turkey Creek today. My wife and I were the first customers in the door when they opened at 11:00 AM. The service and food was great as always but the restaurant was disgustingly dirty. All the tables were dirty from (I assume) last night, the drink station was covered ins sticky drink spills, and even the large window sills were covered in food, napkins, straw wrapper, etc. We've been going to Blaze for years and always enjoyed it. We haven't been there in probably a year and it will be a while before we go back because of how dirty the place was. Again, the pizza and service was great but the restaurant was absolutely disgusting.

Been here a couple times while in Knoxville for work. Young guys behind the counter each time. Very helpful, friendly and enthusiastic, every one of them. Their customer service rivals that of Chick Fil A, and you don’t see that often at any chain. Great pizza, great prices.
