I went to Bojangles to try their new sausage Bo’berry biscuit. This is what I received… it looks like it had been ran over before being served to me. Plus, it was very cold. Ultimately, I ended up throwing it away and wasting my money. Do better Bojangles!!

Food was dry. Order two 3 piece meals. Chicken was like leather, mashed potatoes has a hair in them, biscuits was hard as a rock. I have been to this Bojangles before with no issues but the last few times holy crap it was bad. This was the worst visit of them all. Disappointed.

Had to put one star to put a review. ALL ZEROS ! Chicken was so dry I know it was made during the lunch time. Biscuits were hard and dry and I know they were made at breakfast. I keep going back just thinking that they will be better. They need to close this one or get a manager there they actually throws the food away at the time it is suppose to be. Make fresh food. Can’t believe the service. I ordered from the nicest woman of all time who made recommendations for me (all were good). Then, the order was perfectly made and hot ready for pickup BEFORE I could get the lid on my drink.

Don't waste your time ordering from here on doordash.They'll give you whatever they want you to have instead of what you ordered. Let me give you some examples I order four combos.I received three drinks instead of 4
I ordered 2 sweet potato pies. They gave me two biscuits with strawberry fillings on top
I order a fish Deluxe sandwich. They give me a plain fish sandwich with cheese.
The fish they put on that sandwich they should be ashamed of theirselves.Cause I know for a fact that fish was 2 to 3 hours old hard as brick literally. So I didn't get eat my food.

They need better management in a new crew on night shift obviously.
