It is hit or miss. Mostly miss! I believe they warm the left over biscuits from the night before. Soggy bottom and hard crunch top. The wait is ridiculous
We stopped in for late lunch today. We ordered a family meal. They said it would be 12 minutes to cook the chicken, and asked if we wanted to wait. We said yes, it was fine and asked if we could get our drinks while we waited. We got our drinks and sat at a table to wait. We were pleasantly surprised when a few minutes later they brought out BoBerry biscuits and asked if we would like to try them, and apologized for the wait. Went to the store and the lobby was closed so I called to ask if it was going to be open or not guy said no hung up so I called back and ask why got hung up on again called back and than the manager became very rude and very disrespectful and wouldn’t give me his name just said he was manager and wouldn’t give me a reason or anything. I asked for the number to corporate/franchise he gave me the supervisors number which come to find out was just one of his buddies numbers....read full review
