This Bojangles is really close to our house and the people there are extremely nice and the food is always fresh and delicious.the manger Justin does a real good job making sure it's always top knoch.

Waited 13 minutes for my order ,biscuits not ready,gravy not ready . 8 piece meal. Supposed to have 4 legs 4 thighs. Got 2 legs 2 thighs 2 wings 2 breasts.Chicken is excellent, just would like what I ordered.

We stood at the counter for over 5 minutes. The staff looked at us, but never acknowledged us. When the blonde girl that was supposed to be working the counter realized we were there she kept on working in the back even when another employee tried to take over so she could help us. She refused. We came to Popeyes and got much better service. Popeyes was even short staffed, Bojangles had plenty of workers. My family and I will probably never be back.

The employees are very friendly and have excellent customer service. The restaurant from what I have seen has been clean. The biscuits and food have been fresh and taste amazing. I gave a 3/5 star rating only because of the wait times for a fast food restaurant. there seems to be a staffing issue or possibly a scheduling opportunity. I sure hope this improves for the employees and customers at this location.Thank you.

Absolutely love the pork chop and egg biscuits and my wife loves their sausage
The food has always been fresh and hot when we go here. The only thing is done workers aren't all that nice but maybe they just have bad days sometimes. Either way the food has been very good.

They gave me a damaged, leaking cup that when I went to pull it out of my cup holder, it literally tore off the bottom and spilled sweet tea all over my brand new truck. And then when I went to eat my biscuit and gravy there was no silverware. Great food, but very questionable service/management.
A 20 minute wait for a 2 piece meal seems excessive.Would have been nice to have been told DURING ordering instead of after so I could have gone elsewhere.

Stopped to use the restroom which was clean and had soap if you can believe it.This Bojangles has not been there long a year maybe but had no customers when I went there which I thought was kind of strange.But I have seen customers there when I have passed by it so I guess the food is okay.
