We stopped in for late lunch today. We ordered a family meal. They said it would be 12 minutes to cook the chicken, and asked if we wanted to wait. We said yes, it was fine and asked if we could get our drinks while we waited. We got our drinks and sat at a table to wait. We were pleasantly surprised when a few minutes later they brought out BoBerry biscuits and asked if we would like to try them, and apologized for the wait. Clean, fresh food, and friendly staff. We went there a second time and the service and food was not as I thought it would be. . The staff acted as if they didn't remember how to do their job. Very unprofessional
