The new rice bowls are great if you love rice. It was very filling and delicious. Service here is always great and fast.
Went to the drive though at 8:15. Sat in line for around 20 minutes (insane). When I finally got to the window, they weren’t serving chicken bowls until lunch but still had them showing on the menu. They didn’t have any orange juice. I ordered a steak biscuit and a chicken biscuit. Waited at least 5 more minutes. They gave me two chicken biscuits. No jelly, just two bone-dry chicken biscuits. Overall spent 30 minutes of my morning and I don’t even want to eat these things. Staff seemed more interested in peering out the window at the cops in the parking lot (cops were just eating breakfast) than in keeping the line moving. What’s the matter, you got warrants or something? Manager-keep everything stocked, make sure your folks are on-task, maybe put an extra set of hands on the morning shift to keep the line moving. If you want to sell breakfast to working folks, you need to have a reputation for being fast.

Today we came back to this restaurant after several months absence. We used to come in for the pork chop sandwich which was awesome but they stopped carrying it. We thought we'd come in and see if our friend, Miss Ava was working and we were blessed with her presence. She took our order and Converse a little bit outside of our food discussions. We definitely left feeling valued not only as customers but as people. My friend and I are going to start coming back regularly as we found some other things that we enjoy eating at this restaurant. We usually stop while we're working in the evening and we hope to see Miss Ava again. Please let her know that we value her and her humor and her kindness

I stopped by here to grab some dinner at 6 PM when I arrived at the window, the woman glared at me like I was the devil himself. All I had left my wallet was a 50 and she told me that they couldn’t make change. Usually, I would believe that, however it’s 6 PM on a Thursday night during winter break. I’m calling BS.
I went through the drive-through and got a number one. They told me I would need to wait five minutes for bo rounds. I said I would wait and then all of a sudden they gave me the order one minute later. I went to bite into my chicken sandwich and it had shrunk to half its size from being dried out and sitting there for over an hour. I went back through to say I needed my order made, and they told me they were not gonna remake my order. Also told Me I was wrong that they had just dropped The fillets. horrible food and awful employees.

Came in waited to be helped no staff another customer was hollering yall have customers up here. One girl come up and ignored us. The man told her again you have customers up here. She said I know I need a minute. The. Rubbed her earing and grabbed a empty pan amd walked to the back. Then another staff member was hiding at the front never once looked at the customers in store.
