The staff here is amazing and always do their best to serve you fresh food. Even on their busiest and most stressful days they handle the crowds well and get the food out fast! I really recommend this place.

I don’t know what happened to Bojangles, but this was hands down one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. The chicken was greasy and soggy like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours, and somehow it still managed to be dry inside. The biscuits, which are supposed to be their thing, tasted like salty hockey pucks — overbaked, hard, and borderline inedible. Don’t even get me started on the sweet tea. It tasted like someone dumped a pound of sugar into dirty mop water.
The service was just as bad. The staff looked miserable, the person at the counter barely acknowledged me, and it took almost 20 minutes to get my food in a completely empty dining room. By the time I left, I felt like I needed a shower and a refund. Definitely not worth the hype or the money. Never going back.
