Went though the drive thru and bought brisket dinner and a brisket sandwich. The brisket was like wallet leather dry and the fries were stale and cold
I took it inside and the crew today was so respectful and thoughtful. They apologized and made fresh fries and the just had fresh brisket come out.
I will def. Retired because of the customer service I experienced.

I will never spend another dime at the Clinton location.. I've given them multiple attempts to get it right but at this point No more for me or my family.. The last 4 yes (4) trips have not been worth feeding it to my dog... Bbq is nasty dry garbage and the fries are like cold cardboard and the hush puppies are not fit to eat just nasty heck even the lemon pie was molded let alone freeze burnt.

Ok, so I eat at Buddy's BBQ all the time. So today I go to the Bearden location for an early lunch. Get my food and drink and go to a table by the windows. As I am sitting there eating, small black ants are crawling everywhere, along the windows sills and even on my table while I was trying to eat. I killed about 3 .
