I ate at the Lenoir City location earlier today for lunch. I had the pork dinner and everything was good except the French fries. They were severely under cooked. They should encourage the staff to use a timer for the fryer and even test them before serving them. Today was disappointing.
I placed an online order. I was given a time the order would be ready, about 15-20 mins later. The order was not ready when I arrived at the time promised. The girl at the front counter was very nice, she said “We’re just waiting on your milkshake.” It was 20-25 minutes later before the order was ready, and the milkshake was not even prepared yet. There are few barbecue places, not to mention fast food places, that have a quality and value comparable to Buddy's. For the price of a Burger King or McDonald's value meal, you can get a MUCH better combo at Buddy's. Easily, the best thing they have is all you can eat ribs (with two sides and hushpuppies) on Saturday, but the pulled pork and pulled chicken sandwiches are fantastic too.
