Waited 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. Then food was rung up wrong (after repeating my order 3 times) and had to be remade. Everyone was moving at sloth speed.

Almost didn't pick up my food after seeing the state of the bathroom. If the don't clean the bathroom, do the wash their hands before making your food?? Hard to see how nasty it was by the picture, but there were stains all over the walls and the smell was aweful.

I highly suggest going here because their food and service is the best that I've been to and out of all the restaurants that I came across that this location has great satisfaction not just in the food alone also the employees that work there give off a very positive attitude to make sure that your order is correct and also in a timely manner that they give you your food as quickly as possible and if it is if anything is messed up they make sure that they fix the issue on correcting what was wrong with your order so I have no problems with this location I had a strong on going to this location to the point where you can show them your support and love on house satisfactory that they can get the job done with the food service and the atmosphere that they have there so I highly suggest going to this location I will recommend this place to any and everyone that needs a good hamburger and fries to eat so I suggest I'm going to this location getting food at at any other location besides this one

I went to the drive-through got the wrong order called back to speak to the manager and I told him the service was lousy. He says you don’t have to come back. We’ll get more business. I would love for the owner of the store to contact me

Took forever to get my food in the drive thru even though I made an online order and I was the only customer at the store. Kids were playing and roughhousing behind the counter slamming doors on each other while I’m just sitting in the drive thru while they look at me. Fries were cold but I guess at least they remembered my sauces.
