I went to the drive-through got the wrong order called back to speak to the manager and I told him the service was lousy. He says you don’t have to come back. We’ll get more business. I would love for the owner of the store to contact me

Took forever to get my food in the drive thru even though I made an online order and I was the only customer at the store. Kids were playing and roughhousing behind the counter slamming doors on each other while I’m just sitting in the drive thru while they look at me. Fries were cold but I guess at least they remembered my sauces.
I've been to this location several times. Every time I've gone inside, it's been empty or almost empty, but every single table has had some amount of crumbs and grime on it. Drink station is usually a mess, and there is a good chance the ketchup pump is empty. You can imagine how this applies to bathroom cleanliness.
Vegetarian options: There is an Impossible Whopper. That's the only reason we go there. The kids like it, and we get the Impossible Whopper. There is almost no chance they take any care in separating it from areas contaminated by meat, but it is what it is.

2 times I've been here their computer system has been down. Both times have been during dinner rush and they turn away 10+ customers. I don't know how they make money like that. Just take cash orders and add it to the system later, it's not that difficult. Very disappointing.

The manager there that works nights is very rude and talks crappy to their customers. Went to pick up an Uber eats order and from the time I was there til the time I left all 3 staff there were rude. They got mad because me and another customer was talking about how one of the employees were not in uniform. She had booty shorts on and a long t shirt on with crocs. They started talking bad to me and told me that I wasn’t getting the persons order. They yelled at me and told me to get out the store so I went back off on them because that’s not how you do customer service. Also the manager had headphones on her ears listening to music and was being rude . Also there don’t make people’s food fresh they were re dipping peoples food into the grease. Never eat at this location

Picked up some food to bring home and the drink turned out to be sugar instead of diet. Unfortunately the person that got the drink didn't realize until it was too late and it made then feel bad. There was no way for me to know. The person that responded to a phone call about it blamed the person putting the order it. They even called back to tell us they were right and we were wrong. So, maybe it was our fault for ordering the wrong item but we don't deserve to be berated for it especially when the sugar drink made the person feel bad. I myself no longer get drinks that other people prepare for this very reason. Untrustworthy workers have done this too many times to me and they don't care. I thought it was especially rude to call a customer back just to let them know they were wrong. I haven't had bad treatment from this location before so I regret having to give less than a perfect score. Besides that the sandwiches were drowned in slimy mayonnaise despite not ordering extra. The chicken seemed greasier and salter than usual and the nuggets were subpar seeming kind of old. My bacon cheeseburger was OK but all the food seemed saltier than usual, (kind of like the employee). I used to work fast food, so you'll be hard pressed to find a more empathetic customer, but I also draw a line at poor customer service and quality control issues. This has prompted me to take a break from eating Burger King for a while. I'm disappointed but I'll give some time for this obviously burnt out employee to move on and get replaced by someone with some respect.
