Went here after a concert and they are rude and didn't make fresh food. All the food was cold hard and nasty! They also wouldn't refund money when the shake machine was down! Will never go to this location again!!

It's hard to find a decent burger king these days, and this place doesn't cut it.
My husband found a large piece of plastic on his whopper. My iced coffee was filled 75% with ice. My chicken sandwich was cold. The whole place felt empty and cold inside.
This place is doomed. It hasn't improved in years. I tried coming here a few years ago. It was trash then. It's still trash today.

When burger king open, there would cook burger to order , flame broil ,not put in a warmer in water to keep warm, pitiful tasking, if I could give it a 0 I would.

This has to be some sick joke, I have always ordered food from here only to be disappointed. I work full time and now it seems ordering from here is becoming a massive waste of my hard earned money. Tonight I decided to order it for supper through my app to try the pickle fries and get my husband the bourbon barbecue whopper. To say I was beyond disappointed is an understatement. Wasted $4 on pickle fries that tasted like they've been out for a while and didn't even fill the box they were out in halfway. Don't get me started on support for help via the app. Spend $30 and disappointed? Here's a $10 credit or here's a $5 credit on your next order, basically telling me to go screw myself, and when I ask for a refund? God, it's like I've insulted them and they say they can't. Basically forcing me to take the credit so they can keep my money regardless. It's getting old, and this is the last time I'm ever eating from Burger King especially this one, day shift never gets the order wrong but it's every night I decide to order after work close to 7-9pm I'm disappointed and wasting my money. Pictured below is the pickle fries I was given, just opened right out of the bag. This was ridiculous!

The food was cold and tasted like it was last nights left over! It tasted so bad that I had to trash the chicken nuggests! The worst food that I have ever tasted in any Burger king! Also the sales woman said "I have never heard of 25% discounts for walmart+ subscription!" Wow! They don't get trained?!! Staying away from this specific store!

I'm not sure what they consider food, but this morning my entire breakfast was inedible, tots over fried to the point of hard and tasteless, sandwich slapped together, left under a heating lamp until it was dried out and disgusting. Even the soda was bad, change your bags and clean your dispensing lines, I could taste the mold.
