“My husband and I visited this Burger King on Saturday! Food was fresh, place was clean, staff was friendly and didn't complain as I have seen in other Burger Kings. All around 100% satisfied. Kaylee at the register was very friendly and efficient!“

“I highly suggest going here because their food and service is the best that I've been to and out of all the restaurants that I came across that this location has great satisfaction not just in the food alone also the employees that work there give off a very positive attitude to make sure that your order is correct and also in a timely manner that they give you your food as quickly as possible and if it is if anything is messed up they make sure that they fix the issue on correcting what was wrong with your order so I have no problems with this location I had a strong on going to this location to the point where you can show them your support and love on house satisfactory that they can get the job done with the food service and the atmosphere that they have there so I highly suggest going to this location I will recommend this place to any and everyone that needs a good hamburger and fries to eat so I suggest I'm going to this location getting food at at any other location besides this one“

“The staff is well trained and know what they are doing. The food we order was perfect and hot. The gentleman working the drive-thru was exceptional and needs a raise. If your getting fast food on Clinton highway come here first, you won't be disappointed.“

“Stopped here with my son. Bathrooms clean and well stocked. Lobby is clean and each table even has King Crowns ready! Staff are responsive, friendly, fast and the food is fantastic! Well be returning!!! Especially since they have chocolate milk for kids meals!“

“Burger King is hit and miss they've been that way for the last few years it's almost like they act like they don't want customers they take one customer at a time and which really lengthens the time that you spend at the drive-thru“

“I had a Cheese Whopper, the version with the new bun, and it hit the spot, along with fries and a drink. The fries were better than most, but not as good as that other place. I do like BK's Cheese Burger over that other place's though.“

“This particular Burger King off level road is a good one. It's always clean and services good. I prefer the burgers here to the ones that are fried on a griddle. I like the char-broiled flavor much better and the condiments are always fresh and tasty.“

“Pretty good 🍔 🤴. Clean with good service. Food always feels fresh and tasty. This location can get very busy at lunch, still the staff can take care of the lunch rush. Plenty of parking. Can get difficult to get out on to papermill. Go up the back street to the traffic light. Its much easier.“

“The new nuggets are AMAZING! They are so good! I love the crunch! I love the barbecue sauce too!Burger King is kicking McDonald’s ass! I’m loving all the changes. I eat nuggets about 3 to 5 times a week. But I’m never going back to McDonald’s.“

“I just seen the manager at this location turn the grill back on 2 minutes before closing time to fill my order. I am a hot shot driver’s from Texas . and she also give a homeless man something to eat as I was walking away !! God bless that woman !!!“

“About 11am we visited the Burger King on Broadway. They were busy. Our wait was longer than usual noticed a lot of orders on the screen. A man in front of us asked how much longer. The manager told us just a few minutes longer. Then someone in the kitchen started speaking loudly, that someone can come and do it faster come in back. The guys that I was with was like dam. Then a female came up to the front and ask the manager what happened. The lady was upset the man and the lady should have went to the kitchen and seen who was doing the yelling and being rude, but no. So we waited about 18 mins on our food.“

“This Burger King location in Knoxville is solid overall. The food is what you expect—in a good way. The Whopper is consistently fresh, fries are hot, and orders are usually accurate.

Service is generally quick, and the staff has been friendly on most visits. It’s a reliable stop when you need something fast and convenient.

Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that wait times can vary a bit during busy hours, and the dining area could be a little cleaner at times.

Overall though, a dependable spot and better than a lot of fast food locations around.“

“The service was good and the restaurant was clean. My one complaint is the croissants. I don't know if it's just this location or all of them, but the croissant dough just isn't good anymore. Instead of being actual croissants, it's now regular dough that's been layered without butter between the layers and it's basically just a fancy looking hamburger bun now. I guess I'm done buying breakfast at Burger King.“
