“I absolutely love this place I got thru on the daily out of convince because I work across the street I get the same order almost everyday and it's always hot and fresh.. the 2 girls that work the window are as nice as they could possibly be would recommend to anyone“
“Stopped here with my son. Bathrooms clean and well stocked. Lobby is clean and each table even has King Crowns ready! Staff are responsive, friendly, fast and the food is fantastic! Well be returning!!! Especially since they have chocolate milk for kids meals!“
“I highly suggest going here because their food and service is the best that I've been to and out of all the restaurants that I came across that this location has great satisfaction not just in the food alone also the employees that work there give off a very positive attitude to make sure that your order is correct and also in a timely manner that they give you your food as quickly as possible and if it is if anything is messed up they make sure that they fix the issue on correcting what was wrong with your order so I have no problems with this location I had a strong on going to this location to the point where you can show them your support and love on house satisfactory that they can get the job done with the food service and the atmosphere that they have there so I highly suggest going to this location I will recommend this place to any and everyone that needs a good hamburger and fries to eat so I suggest I'm going to this location getting food at at any other location besides this one“
“We were greeted immediately by Gerood as soon as we entered. The service was excellent and our Whoppers were fresh and piping hot. The store was very clean and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I would highly recommend this Burger King for you next lunch or even a snack. Gerood even brought us ice cream and crowns to the table!!! Excellent customer service!!!“
“I had a Cheese Whopper, the version with the new bun, and it hit the spot, along with fries and a drink. The fries were better than most, but not as good as that other place. I do like BK's Cheese Burger over that other place's though.“
“I'd like to apologize to the manager of this place. I called him this morning about a complaint but got the wrong Burger king address. He was very cordial and polite, good customer skills. I hate that I got the wrong burger king. The one that shut down early on Sunday at 11/17/24 was at 8412 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919.

“Burger King is hit and miss they've been that way for the last few years it's almost like they act like they don't want customers they take one customer at a time and which really lengthens the time that you spend at the drive-thru“
“Pretty good 🍔 🤴. Clean with good service. Food always feels fresh and tasty. This location can get very busy at lunch, still the staff can take care of the lunch rush. Plenty of parking. Can get difficult to get out on to papermill. Go up the back street to the traffic light. Its much easier.“
“About 11am we visited the Burger King on Broadway. They were busy. Our wait was longer than usual noticed a lot of orders on the screen. A man in front of us asked how much longer. The manager told us just a few minutes longer. Then someone in the kitchen started speaking loudly, that someone can come and do it faster come in back. The guys that I was with was like dam. Then a female came up to the front and ask the manager what happened. The lady was upset the man and the lady should have went to the kitchen and seen who was doing the yelling and being rude, but no. So we waited about 18 mins on our food.“
“I just came through this drive-thru (8:25 am on 10/29/25) and it was clear I was feeling down in the dumps (I'm going through a bad time right now). The sweet guy at the drive thru asked me if I wanted a BK crown. :) It was really sweet and made me smile. Keep hiring kind people, BK, and thank you to the nice young man.“
“This could seem a little biased because Burger King is my favorite fast food restaurant, but everything is very good about the place. I don’t know if it was a new guy that was taking my order, but he was very excited and very helpful and kind towards me and performed excellent customer service. The atmosphere is only a 3 because I did have to wait a while for my food, but I believe the customer service I received makes up for that. Get this man a raise is all I have to say.
The food at Burger King can be 50/50, so I won’t go into much detail on that because I also enjoy eating there.
Overall, best experience I’ve had at a fast food restaurant in a while, and the man that helped me deserves a raise for sure.“
“This Burger King location in Knoxville is solid overall. The food is what you expect—in a good way. The Whopper is consistently fresh, fries are hot, and orders are usually accurate.
Service is generally quick, and the staff has been friendly on most visits. It’s a reliable stop when you need something fast and convenient.
Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that wait times can vary a bit during busy hours, and the dining area could be a little cleaner at times.
Overall though, a dependable spot and better than a lot of fast food locations around.“
“The service was good and the restaurant was clean. My one complaint is the croissants. I don't know if it's just this location or all of them, but the croissant dough just isn't good anymore. Instead of being actual croissants, it's now regular dough that's been layered without butter between the layers and it's basically just a fancy looking hamburger bun now. I guess I'm done buying breakfast at Burger King.“
“My husband and I visited this Burger King on Saturday! Food was fresh, place was clean, staff was friendly and didn't complain as I have seen in other Burger Kings. All around 100% satisfied. Kaylee at the register was very friendly and efficient!“
