I ordered a cake for my son’s second birthday, paid the deposit, and the pick up date and time were confirmed. When I showed up at the scheduled date/time to pick up the cake and called the business phone number, I received no answer and the vm was full. The number was set to auto-text, which I responded to. I won’t be using Cakes and Sweets in the future. I had requested that a Greek male in a toga be put on top of the cake. It was requested in writing along with a photo (photo below shows what I sent them and requested). When the cake arrived, it didn’t include the requested item which spoiled the surprise. They did deliver the cake on time to the office which was helpful, but I’m so disappointed it was not decorated as requested. (The other photo shows what was received.)...read full review
