We ordered two dozen cupcakes for my mother’s 80th birthday, and she personalized/customized the style we liked. They were AMAZING!
The staff at the restaurant where we had the party were so impressed, they asked for the bakery’s info, so I foresee more orders in their future!

Very disappointed, they choosing their customers, I emailed many times for a cake for my son baptism, and she said that they will make it. I send the email with the cake flavor and decorations. They confirm the order and the day of the baptism I got no cake. Very disappointed. Bring your business elsewhere because they are not trustworthy.

I ordered a cake for my son’s second birthday, paid the deposit, and the pick up date and time were confirmed. When I showed up at the scheduled date/time to pick up the cake and called the business phone number, I received no answer and the vm was full. The number was set to auto-text, which I responded to. I finally got a text apologizing that they don’t have my cake because they’ve been sick for several days. I’m sorry you have been sick, but you should have let me know.

Unfortunately, I was not happy with the cake I ordered for my daughter's 30th birthday. I had specifically asked for a particular figure to be put on the top of the cake, but it was not included. Instead, there were other items placed on top that I had not asked for. I had noted my request several times in emails to them. If they couldn't accommodate my request, they should have notified me. Very disappointing for the price I paid.

I won’t be using Cakes and Sweets in the future. I had requested that a Greek male in a toga be put on top of the cake. It was requested in writing along with a photo (photo below shows what I sent them and requested). When the cake arrived, it didn’t include the requested item which spoiled the surprise. They did deliver the cake on time to the office which was helpful, but I’m so disappointed it was not decorated as requested. (The other photo shows what was received.) It’s frustrating to pay $185 and not receive what was requested. I also had requested they text me a photo of the cake because I couldn’t be there and they said they would. I never received a photo. I had to ask the staff at the office to photograph it which is how I found out the cake was wrong. I haven’t heard how the taste was yet, so I cannot comment on that.
The owner made it so easy to communicate and flexible with the timing. My family loved the cake and I’m happy she came through within such a short notice.

BUYER BEWARE**** This was the worst experience I have probably ever had. I paid $175 for a Fortnite cake for my twins for their 9th birthday. While the cake was decorated ok (not for the price point though) the cake was absolutely disgusting and inedible. It was so embarrassing to watch my guest pick through the cake. I had ordered the vanilla buttercream icing and it literally tasted like a stick of butter or crisco and the cake was dry. $175 in the trash. The HUGE disappointment came when I reached out to the seller (prior to leaving a review) and while she offered a free small cake for my next event (no thank you) after I declined and told her no thank you and that I wouldn’t be recommending her shop she blocked me preventing me from leaving a review! (I am using my kids family account to do so!) so absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Blocking those who have a bad experience. I should have listen to the poor reviews on her page. Not only does she NOT stand by the quality of her product she will block you if your experience is bad.
