Our waiter, Jai, at the Pigeon Forge location was the best. He was polite, attentive and extremely efficient. When we arrived on a very cold, TN afternoon, he noticed us linger by the fireplace and immediately served a cup of hot coffee. Please know that he is an asset to your business.
We have been many times over the years and the Calhoun's in Lenoir City seems to get consistently worse. The managers seem quite incompetent and our burgers are cooked incorrectly 100% of the time. The managers either don't care, or have no ability to manage their staff. I keep hoping they will find people that know what they are doing.
Also very poor bar service. Arrived at 430 pm. Ordered. Took 15 min for drinks and 55 min for food. Servers first three words were I don’t know.
