I used my debit card at this location someone working there tried to use my card to make a purchase this also happened to another co worker of mine they actually stole 300.00 from her account not kool at all screen your staff times too hard to be getting conned at your local gas station.

I told him this morning, how Wideawake everybody was and how friendly they were all smiling in the store this morning the customers in these two girls apparently I'm a terrible picture taker this morning. It was supposed to show my carb free pork rinds in my wonderful decaffeinated cup of coffee. I mentioned to them my friend. I am so excited about she's got the most beautiful southern accent up north she used to live down here. Her name is Karen. She is definitely not like the fishing dock Karen. You would want to go to the boondocks and watch a sunset. Lol or a sunrise. Thanks you guys for all your energy this morning

One of the best experiences I've ever had. Truck broke down in front of the main entrance. Staff was super nice and understanding. Didn't threaten to kick me off the lot or call a tow truck. They allowed me to properly handle my emergency. The manager of the store actually took me to the parts store to pick up what I needed a long with other help... I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Also, they are hiring. Go check them out.
Fantastic customer service. There aren’t many ( if any) gas stations you can go into at 3am and get friendly helpful service.That night time guy is on point!*this is middlebrook location only.The cedarbluff store is completely the opposite

I just went here to get fuel through Mudflap and their tablet was not working. The clerk, Alexis was very rude to me. She asked if I had another form of payment and I asked if I’d get fuel at the Mudflap price and she said no, so I said I’d wait. She told me I can get fuel down the road. I contacted Mudflap over the phone, and they were going to walk her through completing my transaction without the tablet but, she refused to answer the store phone. She was very nasty throughout my entire interaction with her. The Mudflap representative was on the phone while part of this interaction was going on and heard her tell me to leave the store. After this Mudflap shut down their system. This is the worst Casey’s store I’ve ever been to. I would not go here ever if you expect to be treated like a paying customer. This store is not a good representation of Casey’s.
