My visits to this station since it opened and was renamed have been positive. In recent visits in the evening I have been waited on by Erica. Well tonight the receipt on my pump was again not working I went inside and asked for a receipt and she politely provided one to me. Apparently they're going to do a remodel on this station and it will be closed for a while and that will be sad since I've had good experiences lately. One other station on Chapman highway I've mostly experienced people who didn't value friendliness and building relationships as we all know that's good for business. A recent visit to the Chapman store the lady was not friendly at all and said the only way I could join Casey's rewards was by downloading the app on my phone. At first I thought that was a terrible way to run a company but when I verified the validity of that lady statement, Erica told me that wasn't true and provided some help on me registering through the website. That way I can come in and provide my phone number when I'm buying gas or products and get the rewards or the reward points. I can't believe what a night and day experience it was from the lady at the others Casey's store to the good store on middlebrook Pike. I hope they get the remodel done quick and I hope I get to see the smiling, helpful, kind presentation of the cashier Erica. I definitely felt valued as a customer and as a person during this visit and was able to converse a little bit more as no customers were waiting. One of the few places that has 93 octane, which my vehicle requires. Staff is always friendly, professional and helpful when things go sideways, plus Friday free slushy and rewards with the mobile app.

I used my debit card at this location someone working there tried to use my card to make a purchase this also happened to another co worker of mine they actually stole 300.00 from her account not kool at all screen your staff times too hard to be getting conned at your local gas station.

I told him this morning, how Wideawake everybody was and how friendly they were all smiling in the store this morning the customers in these two girls apparently I'm a terrible picture taker this morning. It was supposed to show my carb free pork rinds in my wonderful decaffeinated cup of coffee. I mentioned to them my friend. I am so excited about she's got the most beautiful southern accent up north she used to live down here. Her name is Karen. She is definitely not like the fishing dock Karen. You would want to go to the boondocks and watch a sunset. Lol or a sunrise. Thanks you guys for all your energy this morning
One of the best experiences I've ever had. Truck broke down in front of the main entrance. Staff was super nice and understanding. Didn't threaten to kick me off the lot or call a tow truck. They allowed me to properly handle my emergency. The manager of the store actually took me to the parts store to pick up what I needed a long with other help... I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Also, they are hiring. Go check them out.
