Once tjey know that you are delivering personal and your time is important, they will keep you at hold for up to 20 to 30 minutes before they will attend to you, i don't know if it is out of wickedness because they keep on laughing once they look at me and keep on attending to others ? . I never blame them because they don’t value other people time , just selfish

The service was very good the food came out quick and are server was nice and quick. If you're busy and need a quick lunch this is your place. The food on the other hand was not the best the orange chicken was good but had way too much orange even having orange peels in my food and the fried rice was not good. For the price I would probably not come again. But if you need a quite place with a quite ambiance this is a place for that. This rating would be better if the food was better

Stopped by for three meals to go. One cashew nut chicken and two pad Thai chicken. First time here. Got home and took one bite of the cashew nut chicken and was very disappointed. Chicken is tasteless. Baby corn is hard and stringy. The food tastes like day old Chinese buffet. Horrible.

My family and I love this place. Sesame chicken is better than most of the places around. Bento boxes are awesome as well. Really great place with good and quick service.

My daughter found this restaurant, and she wanted to try it for her birthday, and I am super glad we did!! We did take-out because my husband was under the weather. The food was delicious!! The Crab Rangoon - was creamy, and done to perfection, loved the Shrimp-Fried Rice, it was not dry or sticky, and we all LOVED the House Lo mein - not salty, and very yummy. The orange-chicken was a plus, too. My husband had the beef-broccoli, and he raved about how good it was. We have missed our Asian Cuisine in Farragut, and this restaurant hit the spot! We will be returning in the future!!!

Maybe my tastes changed, or maybe their quality did. Either way, it was a disappointment. For context: I ordered the Dragon & Phoenix, a combination of two dishes - Shrimp with Vegetables, and General Tso's Chicken. When the plate came out, the Chicken was piping hot, while the Shrimp was barely warm. The Shrimp was in a brown sauce - veey salty, with no other redeeming flavor. The vegetables weren't great, either - limp bok choy, unpleasant mushrooms, and baby corn that tasted straight out of the can. The chicken, to its credit, had a very flavorful sauce (if, perhaps, overly sweet). But it also felt overdone, with a crunchy exterior texture. What else... the green tea was not bad. The service, fine overall. Comfortable environs, including a fish tank, and clean bathrooms. I don't think they're a bad restaurant overall. But I had a bad experience with the food last time. Hopefully they can improve it, going forward.

I did an order pickup. The food was inedible. The chicken in the cashew chicken was tough—like jerky. Either overcooked or cooked much earlier and allowed to sit around for a long time. Ended up throwing the food out. Called to let them know. They didn’t do anything to try to make it right—just said “thanks for letting us know.” Last time I will get food from this place.

Ordered 5 dishes in a takeout order. Only received 4 of them. Was also supposed to have 2 fried rice and 2 white rice but received 3 white, 1 fried. For the place to have zero customers inside and only one other take out order waiting for pick up this is disappointing. Will probably not go back.

Place is good. Would recommend. Prices are decent, food has a lot of flavor, nice people that work there also.

Expensive, but at least not worth it. A limp $7 seaweed salad 12 hours from rotten? One scallop cut into three discs in a $17 entree? Best buys here seem to be the $7 "buy 20 at the frozen section for $2.50" dumplings, and the typical, but at least typically-priced egg rolls. No sauces of any kind were provided or offered. Service (to get take out) was at best ignorant, but really just rude. I'd suggest a better place, but either you're on Hardin Valley Road and don't care, or just don't care. Ordered the red curry and an order of spring rolls, paid $20. Overall, both items were well prepared and had good flavor. Hot and fresh. Spring rolls were very good.

Went in for the first time today. Arrived at 2:55. Asked for the lunch special. They stop serving the lunch special at 3:00. It's literally 3:01! So, we left!
